Please let me save you a horrific experience that I went through with the online furniture company. Yes you will get a discounted price, and I can only imagine the rating for this company is so high on this site is either internet bots, paid reviewers or the customer did not have to deal with customer service (if you're even able to get through). The only service worker is John, who will cut you off mid sentence, be very short with you, not to mention, stated he would file harrassment charges on myself for calling the center consistently to attain a service representative. All together ended up blocking my phone number, for attempting to reach the company to speak about my recent purchases. Save your time, save your money, save your patience on a more reputable big store company. Do not trust the 4 stars on this site, research the company on Better Business Beuero.

I am a business owner so I understand the conflicts that can arise during normal operations. I spoke with a rep three different times that told me they would have my bed set delivered with 10 business days. Push come to shove, I had to sent a total of 4 emails until I got a response back. The reps are all very rude and would not give me the answers I was requesting. After nearly two weeks after my last email, they responded with "7/12" - no further responses. I guess this is their way of letting me know when to expect my product. I placed the order on April 29th (4/29). I asked to cancel the order, they just responded back "cancelled" but refused to send me a confirmation email that the order has been cancelled.

This company is a joke and you can tell by the way they speak to their customers. Mike seems to be a one man operation however this is no exception to being rude to customers. Save yourself the headache and order from a reputable company. No wonder Home Cinema Center is not on google. They would have a 1 star average.

The shopping experience overall was excellent from ordering to delivery with HomeCinemaCenter. The price was very competitive and included white glove service and warranty which meant a lot to me. I'm always nervous about ordering furniture online, but this abby park bedroom et is a very fine set of furniture. The front drawers design is really lovely and the wood sides has a very nice grain and beautiful finish. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase!

I was in the process of purchase furniture for my new home. I originally decided to purchase my dinning set with a store in Atlanta but I love to look for a bargain and found that this set was online and had the same furniture at a great price at homecinemacenter. I called to place my order and add an additional item to my order. Lisa was professional and very pleasant. Something I thought that was going to be confusing she took care of in a very short period of time. The delivery was quick and professional. The website was easy to use with great prices. John from HomeCinemaCenter helped me find a great bedroom set after my first pick was sold out and cancelled. He was very kind and patient with all my many questions. I'm was so excited to see what it looked like in person. I was not disappointed. It Came in just a week., even during this pandemic. Delivery crew unpacked and put the bedroom set exactly where I wanted it.

I was so happy to find this set here and Amy at homecinemacenter was so helpful with my questions on delayed delivery and helped to get me to get the best price possible on delivery! We ordered a bedroom set from this company back in January. I am going to make this short and sweet. Save your self a ton of aggravation and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service possible.

I ordered over $3,000 worth of product and they have sent me a tracking number that a week after receiving it, still doesn't work. I called the delivery company, and they said they haven't delivered anything for this company in a year and had nothing in their system to be picked up from them. I then called Home Cinema Center and a condescending jerk answered the phone and refused to give me any information, but instead talked to me like I was in the wrong for following up on $3,000 worth of items that I cannot track or even confirm if/when it will ever be trackable or arrive to me. He insisted that it was simply delayed, but would give me no further information. When I asked to cancel it, he said they would charge me shipping and restocking despite the fact that he had just admitted that shipping had been delayed.

I searched for days online for smaller micofiber recliners that would be pretty and comfortable and would blend with colors in specific rug. I finally found them at HomeCinemaCenter. They are the Cloud chairs by catnapper in a carmel color. Extremely beautiful and comfortable The experience was excellent all the way through including white glove set up in my Living Room. The delivery team could not have been any nicer or more proficient. Thanks to Home Cinema Center for providing the perfect chairs.
