Their customer service is superb, their prices are unbeatable and i live in a 5th floor walk up and the delivery guys delivered my sofa set up to the 5th floor free of charge since I was shipping over a certain amount. Not only that, but i had asked to remove my previous sofa and put it on the

This is the first time making a purchase on furniture online and as it turn out to be a great experience. The only problem was that they should have contacted me about why the delivery was held up. But, if I had turned on the weather station, I would have noticed the hurricane blowing up the coast too. Kathy in customer support was great and she kept us informed about it and we received it the following week. Just 10 days to receive a sectional is amazing! I would order from Home Cinema Center again.

I found a desk set that I loved on another furniture website but it was sold out. After searching for the desk online I found the same desk set at a lower price than anywhere else online through HomeCinemaCenter. I was wary as I am a bit set in my ways in only ordering from sites I have used before or the really big names, but I went ahead and ordered my desk. The process was simple and I got email updates throughout the process, and I received my desk very quickly. The desk was wrapped in the same packaging that it came in from the manufacturer and though there were some facial marks on the box form transport, everything inside was very safely packaged. My desk is absolutely beautiful and I am really glad I ordered it through Home Cinema Center

I picked this online furniture store because they had the Curio that I had been searching for... I place the order and later when I went to review my order, it said the order was processing to be shipped and I could not change order at that time... After a couple of days past I went back to see if there was a tracking number... That was no tracking number, instead the item said on back order and it won't be shipped until the following month... I didn't want to wait so I called customer service to request a refund... He answered me shortly, saying, if you want a refund, send it to our email thanks for your cooperation and hung up the phone... I called back asking for more details he gave me another short answer and hung up the phone again... I called you back a third time asking for customer service and the same guy answer the phone... I asked him if he had a problem with me wanting a refund on item they didn't have in stock and I also added, you don't have to be so damn rude... the lowdown blankety-blank hung up on me again... I've decided to report them to the better business bureau... Do not shop this website ( HomeCinemaCenter.com) if you do, beware...!

HomeCinemaCenter had the best price on the bedroom set I wanted to purchase. They were great to work with keeping me informed of the progress of my purchase. They also had great customer service with quick response to my calls and answered all of my many questions. The furniture arrived in perfect condition and the white glove delivery went very well. If I need more furniture in the future I will definitely shop at HCC. Thanks!

HomeCinemaCenter has some unbelievable deals, from bedroom sets to beautiful recliners, stunning designs of coffee tables and the best choices of dining sets I have found online. I have a list, some things I want are sold out, hopefully they will notify me as stated when it's available again... but later this week I will fulfill the rest of my list!
