I was kept informed along the process. I even had to ask for a delay due to my moving date changing. HomeCinemaCenter was so wonderfully accommodating and helpful. The delivery was 100% professional, efficient, and set-up complete with adherence to Covid-19 guidelines.
I must say I never write reviews, but the customer service person that answers the phone is rude, and shouldn't be the person receiving any calls on behalf of this company. I had a purchase of $4800 but I refuse to spend money with any company that handles their customers in that manner. After telling him that his phone manners were horrible, he hung up in my face.
This is my third purchase from HomeCInemaCenter and my experiences have all been excellent. So far, I love all my furniture pieces. I found the items that I purchased at another website less, however, the reviews were terrible for these other stores. HomeCinemaCenter delivery service was great.
The furniture was packaged well to prevent damage during transport. And the delivery time as amazing. Everyone else was quoting months. I received all of my orders in less than 2 weeks with HCC.

Buyers, please beware this company has the rudest people I have ever experienced answering the phone. It's disgusting a business would allow someone who behaves like this to answer their phones to represent their business for this and because I received the wrong shipment I am returning everything. I do not spend my money with people who do not show respect.
The shopping and customer service experience with HomeCinemaCenter was excellent from ordering to delivery. The price was very excellent and included white glove service which meant a lot to me. I'm always nervous about ordering furniture online, but this bedroom set is a excellent quality. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase!

I had one of the best experiences with HomeCinemaCenter. Their customer service is superb, their prices are unbeatable. I live in a 3rd floor walk up and the delivery guys delivered my sofa and bedroom set up to the 3rd floor free of charge.
Not only that, but i had asked to remove my previous sofa and put it on the curb and they did it, considering that the old sofa had to be broken into pieces in order to be carried out.

Tried to call for delivery status. Some guy answered and said to me that my ordered was cancelled. Then he said why would I send you anything to which I replied that I paid you for a recliner and I want it and his reply was you figure out why you're not getting it and hung up. Now when I try to call it says I can't dial that number.
This company may have nice products but their customer service representative is unprofessional and possibly ready for a melt down. I was trying to clarify if my account had been charged for a product I ordered and he would not let me finish, kept speaking over me and finally cancelled my order. Crazy. Sad as this does not seem to be typical for them but that may be old news. Plenty of other retailers sell the product I was buying so I will move on.

Ordered items said it would take 3 weeks called to find out status of order guy answers then said we are closed and hangs up two different days. When he did answer said furniture was ship to wrong address hung up. Website is showing waiting payment (which was paid in full at the time it was ordered and said ship but no shipping info provided.
Horrible customer service and really rude. They're selling items they don't actually have. I bought a set and all I got was an email saying the sale was made and is being processed. Three days later I called wanting to know the status of my item and they said they'd get in touch with me about it. 7 days later... no contact. Two days after that I called them and they said: "tomorrow we'll let you know." Tomorrow came and they didn't contact me. So I called them again and this time they said, "you don't need to call again we have you on a list." After being put on hold I was told my item was on backorder for two months. I canceled. This company shows you really low prices but can't deliver it in a reasonable amount of time and doesn't even give you a status.
I love my new bedroom furniture! Looks to be of excellent quality, the price was reasonable, great communication and customer service. Shipping time was great considering everything that is going on in the world. Tracking details were provided when it shipped and the delivery people could not have been nicer. Terrible customer service. Their shipper lost my order two weeks ago. Despite the fact that I have called them multiple times asking where my shipment was they never notified me that it was lost. I have left six phone messages and three emails asking what they intend to do about my order and they have yet to respond or return my call.
So after extensive looking at various furniture delivery sites and checking them against the BBB, this was the ONLY site that had an A+ rating. That said, from the time I placed my order to the day it was delivered, I received constant updates on the status. The local delivery team was very quick and efficient in setting up my new bedroom set, Queen bed Dresser and Mirror, Two Nightstands, Tall Dresser, and Media Dresser - total delivery time about 40 minutes for setup, and they cleaned up afterwards. Kelly was my main point of contact via emails, and was exceptionally polite and helpful. Completely recommend buying from HomeCInemaCenter
We loved the Magnolia Manor bedroom set we viewed online. The delivered product met and exceeded our expectations with its look and finish. We were concerned when we ordered the bed and saw its weight exceeded two hundred pounds. This is a quality set, very sturdy and well made. The delivery men were professional, personable and efficient in making sure we were pleased with their work. We would not hesitate to purchase from HomeCinemaCenter in the future.
