Cindy was amazing and offered wonderful customer service! She gave me in depth information and details about my order and answered any questions I had. She made sure everything was done correctly. Very efficient and courteous. Delivery crew was amazing as well.

I recently purchased my second set of furniture from HomeCinemaCenter. I have been extremely pleased with each purchase. The communication is superior. The furniture arrived in excellent condition. Covid slowed the delivery but the company stayed in contact the entire time.

They offer white glove delivery and that is an added benefit. I highly recommend.

We purchased a 2nd home and needed to buy furniture for every room. We purchased the dining room set and server from this company. The furniture arrived minus two of the hostess chairs. We had it documented on the shipping paperwork that they were missing and the shipping company confirmed. We immediately reported it to the company via email and phone calls. They would not speak to us on the phone. After trying to correct their mistake for 2 months we finally had to deal with it through our credit card company. Once in the dispute stage, they called us liars and said we were fraudulent people just trying to get furniture for free. We spent over 30k furnishing our new vacation home. This particular transaction was the worst part of it all. Thankfully, the other furniture was purchased through different companies. Never in a million years would I do business with this company again. I was insulted and horrified by the treatment we received.

The Magnolia Manor desk and matching file cabinet stand are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to move and already assembled...
I didn't even need my husband's help ;) They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style. The shipping was incredibly fast! I received them way sooner than I was expecting especially right now with so many things on back orders! Thank you, HomeCinemaCenter!

Worse company to deal with, bad customer service if you call for status they hang-up phone its has been 2 months since I had order.

Terrible customer service, they refuse refunds and cancellations, and rude about it. They don't respond to emails nor provide what they say. I purchased a Parker House workstation in November 2020. Late December I only received the base and crown. I'm missing the main desk part. Contacted the shipping company XPO, told to contact seller, Home Cinema Center. A guy answered the phone once was rude told me he didn't care to hear what I had to say and hung up on me. Only response from email is there are no refunds or cancellation.

John from HomeCinemaCenter was very thorough with explaining and processing my sofa set order. He reviewed with me every product detail, the entire buying process and went over all aspects of the delivery process.

Delivery was very quick and I received it ahead of the time they even quoted. Its is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. I will be working with HCC on all of my future furniture needs and orders. Thank you!

This wood accent sofa set from HomeCInemaCenter exceeded our expectation since we ordered in online without looking at it. It is better then the pictures they had shown and the quality is really good. The neutral color would match almost any decor and if you add throw pillows on it becomes like a show piece. The high back matches the height of my sofas so everything seems uniform height in the room. I would highly recommend buying this company

They ship direct and very fast. They also offered a better price and definitely better sales and customer service. It took ashley 2 days just to return my call and during that time I had already purchased the same furniture for better price and it was already shipped by the time ashley sales dept called me back.:-). Great experience buying from HCC and will buy again from them in future.

The couch I ordered July 3,2020 was not what I got on July 29,2020 and I am STILL waiting for the company to ship me the right one! Almost HALF OF A YEAR!
Reports have been filed with BBB and the Federal trade commission. I am going to report to the South Carolina Attorney General as well. They WILL NOT answer any question by phone - just hang up. They WILL NOT answer emails within any reasonable amount of time - 2-3 or more weeks for a reply.
Please help get this business OUT OF BUSINESS!

So far the total ordering process with HomeCinemaCenter went extremely smooth. Including contact with customer service to ask a specific question about the availability of accessory products.

The furniture I purchased, I'd been wanting from the first time I saw it (roughly about 5 years ago), and mostly everywhere else either discontinued it, had it priced way too high, or didn't have all the pieces, but Michael and your HomeCinemaCenter really came through! I had to wait a very long time, due to the pandemic and the delivery company coming out of New Jersey not being allowed into NYC, but when I got it, and it was put together,

I was in AWE! I love my set, and have already picked out the set for my spare room! I preferred for them to take the money up front (I even asked them too) so that I wouldn't accidentally spend it *because of other obligations), and they did, leaving me with the comfort of knowing when the time came, there
Would be nothing in the way between me and my furniture! The white glove delivery company they chose were as exceptional as their company!

I've already told my sister about HCC, but from now on they will definitely be my first priority

So Home cinema center obviously is a one man business. He is by far the rudest most unprofessional individual I've ever dealt with. Have called numerous times to figure out what the status of my order is for him to get an attitude and say they would call me back with an update. Weeks later, no call, no couch and he just hangs up on you. ZERO STARS! Can't even figure out how to cancel my order because he just hangs up on me. $4,000 sectional.
