I called this morning to let Home Cinema know I have not recieved my refund. The gentlemen on the other side of the phone said "wait another 10 days" and I said are you serious? He then stated "call your bank".
Which I did and they do not show anything coming in. Then he stated " I don't know what to tell you" and hangs up?!?!?! I will not order from them again nor will I recommend this company. The guy never asked me for my order # nor did even take out the time to talk to me. I felt as if I was bothering him... so sad that we have companies that have lost all pride in their customer service. Just sad.
I had purchased a bedroom set in 2019 from HCC and was so please with the quality and the white glove delivery that I made another purchase for office furniture today!
Customer service was outstanding and helped to answer all of my questions.
Be careful when you call for update for your order, the guy answered the phone has attitude and will hang up the phone, and won't pick up the same caller number again. I just asked for delivery estimate.
I called to get some information and actually talked to a real person! Linda was very helpful with all my questions. She said I will be able to keep my new bedroom set on hold until I move into my new house. That was a big relief for me! Sure enough everything was delivered on the date I requested and its beautiful. Thank you for your help with my new house and furnishing it.
Damaged items arrived. No updates in over two weeks. CSA outright refused to help me over the phone and referred me to email. Absolutely avoid!
The shopping experience overall was excellent from ordering to delivery. The price was very competitive and included white glove service and warranty which meant a lot to me. I'm always nervous about ordering furniture online, but this cherry blossom chest is a very fine piece.
The front is really lovely and the wood on both sides has a very nice grain. Overall, extremely happy with my purchase!
To be frank my experience with HCC SUCKED. Non existent customer service. The one guy who answers the phone from his bathroom is rude and obnoxious at best. Waited weeks for order updates snd never received any, when I called to ask he offered no information, just a bad attitude. Spending a lot of money for no merchandise and crap service not worth the aggravation!
Jessica was a tremendous help during this large purchase of medical breakthrough massage chair. Her knowledge of the chair, patience, and professionalism was a very welcomed change to what I have come to expect from normal internet based transactions. She took personal ownership of even the most minor of details and ensured quick and accurate resolution.
My complex and large order was completed perfectly and arrived sooner than expected. I am not typically surprised by good service, but Jessica was instrumental in renewing my hope that there are indeed great companies still out there eager to please their customers... Well Done.
Please an order for a recliner which came damaged. Took photos of everything and noted on the shipping label that it was damaged. Sent everything to their support email as instructed on Feb 1. Followed up weekly since then and also called several times. Person would initially pick up the phone but would not help and just keep telling me to send an email the support email. When I tell him I've been doing that, he would hang up. Now when I call they send me directly to voicemail. I would advise everyone considering buying from them to go somewhere else. It's not worth the frustration. Seems like a fraudulent deceiving company. I bet most of the positive reviews they've gotten are probably fake. Absolutely terrible experience. I've also submitted a claim with BBB regarding this and so have several other people. Anyone can go to the BBB website and read all the similar experiences others have had with them.
Amy with HomeCinemaCenter far exceeded my expectations of customer service. He was very polite, warm spirited, and took the time to answer all of my questions about an item I wanted to order. She made the ordering process an absolute delight. I would absolutely recommend that everyone should call and ask for her directly. Products arrived perfect condition and we would not be happeir. Much faster than expected as well.
Andrea from HCC is a GEM - perfect customer service. Made sure we received best discount available and answered all questions quickly. We are looking forward to delivery - understand unavoidable back orders due to COVID-19 BUT appears they have a system that will keep us up to date.

Ordered sectional online - followed up 5 days later- Person that answered was rude and hung up. Called back 2 more times to find out what was going on and was sent to voicemail. Tried to cancel order online but it said it was too late even though it now said it was back ordered! Sent them an email saying I needed to hear from someone about order and cancelling or I would just go through my bank and cancel. Mysteriously the complete order just disappeared from their site and the $2500 charge just disappeared from my account. Interesting way to do business if this is even a legitimate business? No one called - no email saying ordered was cancelled just vanished. I'll be calling bank to check tomorrow.
Ordering was easy with HomeCinemaCenter, delivery perfect. I absolutely love the piece and it fits into where I planned perfectly! It is such a pretty and unique piece.
It was also packed so well that it was difficult to get out of the box. Even nicer than I had imagined! Thank you!
I called the business and had questions about an order I placed (extremely basic- I am not rude, rushed etc- very normal). The man on the phone was angry, huffy, and ended up hanging up on me.
Amanda and her manager made the process smooth and easy. She helped me make the transaction and when I wasn't comfortable paying over the web site her manager called me to do the payment over the phone.
They were both nice and helpful. Honestly it is refreshing being able to talk to a person!
Now I can't wait to make my next purchase to finish my home!
The Website said that my order would be shipped in two days. I went to check a couple of days later and it said it was going to be shipped out three months later. I called them and the customer service person hung up on me three times. It is the same man that answers every time. Every time I ask him for information or to speak to someone else, he tells me to email and hangs up. I emailed twice and nobody answered. I am trying to cancel my order but can't! Don't use this website! I'm going to file a complaint against them and will dispute it with my credit card. I bought almost $3000 with of stuff from them!
Thank you for helping me to combine my purchase on a payment plan and my credit card. The rep was very knowledgeable on how to do this. I tried a couple of stores on this purchase and wasn't successful because the rep didn't know how to complete a split transaction.
HCC was great with helping me. Delivery was quick and I could not be more happy.
We were very happy with our first purchase of a dining room set from HomeCinemaCenter and are even more exhilarated with our second purchase of a media center and living room sets. Once again, the prices offered on the website were extremely competitive and our furniture arrived much before we expected.
The delivery guys were very congenial, patient and helpful along with excellent customer service.
We have had a very positive experience with this company overall in buying all our furniture and will come back to it again for any other purchases in the future.
NOT A REAL COMPANY - They will take your money, never ship you the couches and only 1 guy answers the phone, he is always grumpy and he hangs up on you when you ask if company is actually real and you want to speak to a manager.
UPDATE! After I left these bad reviews, I started getting TONS of spam calls from moving companies saying Hey you signed up to get call, we can help you move from Utah to Virginia. This company/this guy signed me up for moving companies using my personal info to spam me! Very dishonest company, this is insane!
Best pricing I could find under $2000 for a King bedroom set. Everything around me (Atlanta) was over 2k for what I wanted and didn't offer free shipping and home set up (that's at least $200).
Delivery time as quick. Less than 2 weeks. Home Cinema Center provided tracking details, and the crew called a few days before to schedule day and time to come with the set and set it up in my house.
