Trying to resolve an issue with a bookcase shipment I received in which the pieces are of 2 different color schemes. I reached out to customer service and have emailed them as requested. I followed back up with a call to Customer Service this morning because I have never received a response to my email sent last week. The company's Customer service is horrible. I was actually hung up on by the representative. I would not recommend using this company for anything!

We are very pleased with our beautiful new bedroom set... It's just what we wanted! Both the quality and finishes of the furniture are excellent. The men who delivered and assembled the set did a great job! They actually called and came a day earlier which was great.

We appreciate all that our success manager Anna did to communicate with us and ultimately coordinate our delivery. She did a wonderful job! I guess that's why they call her a top account manager! Thank you for wonderful service start to finish!

I don't know who the jerk is they hired to answer the phones, but he needs to be Fired! You can't ask a question because he hangs up on you. And, if he is the owner he needs to go back to business school to learn how to talk to people. No customer appreciation! The guy who answers the phone is an a__h____. I will never buy anything from this place! Before you order just call and see. When I asked to speak to someone else, he just hung up on me. I was hung up on 6-8 times. Nothing wrong with the phone. Just sucky customer service!

This is the first time I ever ordered large furniture on line without physically seeing it. I really wanted the seal color sofa and loveseat pictured. I was a little nervous about it but I needn't have worried. My sofa and loveseat are just beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. It was delayed because of Covid, but so was everything.

The white glove delivery was also very good, the delivery men were pleasant and efficient, they set everything up quickly. I am very happy with the purchase. Thank you!

Purchased a beautiful bedroom set end of April, and Michael handled my purchase from start to delivery. I was very impressed with the follow-thru keeping me updated on my order status, making sure the white glove delivery made contact for scheduling, and making sure everything
Purchased worked out. Delivery time was quicker than expected.

Customer Service made the process so much easier by keeping me in the loop at all times. Their white glove service team was very professional and did a great job also. I would definitely recommend and use HCC again!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars! The worse company EVER! Placed an order back in March called in April I gave them the order number and I was told someone will call me within 48 hours nobody called back so I decided to call back AGAIN... they told me the furniture is backorder till June... i was like ok... then, called back two days ago. Similar situation... gave them my order# and was told - someone will reach out to you within 48 hours... nobobody called... I called today guy asked me about order number I told him I called two days ago and I just need to get the update now. He was so rude. I told him I would like to cancer my order. He just said. Your order was cancelled and he hang up on me! I was checking the status week ago and it looks like it was cancelled back then and nobody informed me about it. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! EVER!

Looking for a furniture was not easy, but the reviews on this site made it easy to know I was getting exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Kelly for all of the help. We ordered a bedroom set, media center, and some accessories which was delivered quick. The delivery crew was very good as well!

I ordered furniture in March. It was supposed to come in April. Never came... because it's on back order. So, I call customer service. He is very rude, he says to email him for a cancelation. I did that. Now I'm waiting for my refund, because I received no item and canceled my order. Website says 5 to 7 business days. I waited for at least 12 business days now. No refund. So, I call him. I start to talk, I say "I'm calling to check on the status of my refund"... before I could finish talking, he puts me on hold. Then hangs up. Then I call again. He hangs up and blocks me. He also block me from the 2nd phone number I call him on. He has no intention on returning my money in the amount of $756.00, for an items I never received. I will be seeking legal action.

I wanted to order living room furniture and had many questions. Sent a detailed email and received a call back as the shipping was a possible issue sine we live in a tight area for large trucks. John called me back before the store opened. He was very friendly, articulate and really made sure all info was correct for my order! Will definitely refer anyone I know who needs furniture to HCC.

If you haven't read the BBB website on this place, i recommend you do so. The person who seems to be the only one who answers the phone is absolute prick. He doesn't answer questions, interrupts constantly and has no problem hanging up on you over and over again and even threatened others with lawsuits for trying to figure out where their orders are. I've only called three times and the last time I just wanted to cancel my order at this point and get my money back. The guy proceeded to rattle off an email address so fast I didn't even have time to get a pen and then hung up on me before i could ask him to repeat a little slower so I could write it down. I found the service email on the website and emailed that and reported this to the BBB. There was no reason for the rudeness when I just wanted to know if they had actually received my order since the money just shows pending in paypal. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

My experience with ordering my dining room set to the delivery of my dining room set was beyond exceptional! Everything went along without a hitch! E-mails were answered within hours, open communication with clear direction! The delivery team was very professional with meticulous precision! Every personI connected with through out the process were knowledgeable, caring and professional!

From the first contact with the sales Department through multiple exchanges with Kelly, the service was outstanding. There was no delay with delivery and they were quick with any questions I had on upgrading us to platinum white glove delivery.

We also had many questions about the dining room set and they were very quick with all of the answers. They provided us with beautiful, high quality furniture at a great price and exceptional service. We could not be more thrilled

My wife and I were looking for a small, inexpensive dinette set (table and 4 chairs). We had looked at local stores and were disappointed with the selections and the prices. Then we found exactly what we were looking for online at HCC. In fact, it we found the same dinette set we saw at one of the stores. HCC's price was 40% less... for the EXACT SAME SET... same style, same color, same manufacturer.

We placed an order and sure enough to promise., it was delivered in just over a week. The set is beautiful and looks great in our new home. Customer service was great and very helpful. Thank you!

I've wrestled with the decision to buy office furniture for months. I ordered my desk from this company and it was delivered right to my office unpacked & set up.

I thought my local retailer would save me money but was not willing to haul and unpack furniture from my garage to upstairs.

I spend 1656 $ for sofa bed, it is made of dry plywood and is of very poor quality and the whole sofa came broken

I was really delighted with my new bedroom set. There site was very easy to navigate and shipping was very quick. Delivered in just 2 weeks which is much better than my local stores were quoting.

The Magnolia Manor desk and matching filicing cabinet are excellent quality. They are exactly what I was looking for. They fit perfect in our modern farmhouse home. I love the rustic/chic style.

If you use these guys, beware that they may not have the item in stock and you may run in circles to get your money back or your product. Their web site does not disclose items that are now available or on back order. When I called to inquire about an item, the rep was very rude and hung up on me before I was finished with my inquiry. Sad business practice.
