I was very happy to find these comfortable catnapper chairs in several colors. Other stores did not have the color I wanted. They had great reviews and well rated elsewhere. I ordered a living room set from HomeCinemaCenter. I found the one that I really like so i called the them. Spoke with a very helpful service agent and she answered all my questions and was extremely nice. I placed the order and a couple days later received a call from the delivery company asking what day would be best to drop it off.We selected a day and sure enough, they showed up on time. Unwrapped the couch and brought it in. They even set it up for me. I would definitely recommended HomeCinemaCenter to anyone!
I have ordered Living room sofa set and they never shipped to my address, even though they confirmed they already shipped with tacking number which never works on carriers site. They used fraudulent shipping info where the tracking number not recognizes by the carrier company Site and customer service center. When I called Home-cinema -center to know about the order status they just hang up the phone and avoid my caller I'd afterwords. They just cheated on me and I am sure there are many victim like me falling on same trap by this fraud company,

After much searching, I found this Jackson furniture couch at homecinemacenter and debated on whether or not to get it without actually getting to sit on it. After much deliberation, we decided to order it and so far our loving it. The fabric is much better than I anticipated it being. I love to clean lines and how plush the cushions are. The entire family is enjoying it very much.

I ordered a bedroom suite in early September. I had to contact them 2-3 weeks later to find out my order was back ordered until the end of November. I had to contact them again 12/3 to ask about my order only to be told to call in. When I did on 12/4 I was told they had canceled my order because "don't keep orders indefinitely." When I argued that it wasn't meant to be kept indefinitely, just till the back order was filled I was yelled and then hung up on. I worked in the industry for several years, these guys are clearly only interested in making a quick buck and if they can't customer be damned. If you're lucky enough to get the product you ordered don't expect any decent customer service or reimbursement afterwards for any defects or damages.
I purchased a 6 piece sectional from HomeCinemaenter. The furniture shipped exactly when they said it would. The website was easy to use and the customer service was spot onl! I will absolutely be purchasing more in the future from HCC.

We just received our Mammoth sectional that we ordered through HCC, and they get it directly from the manufacturer. This means quite a delay in the time in takes to deliver the furniture, but if you're willing to wait, I was unable to find a better price point, even with adding the white glove delivery service to WA state, on the other side of the country. Thankfully I have nothing but positive things to say as the couch is tremendous, was delivered as promised and installed where we wanted it. 4.5 star experience, would definitely have been 5 if the wait time wasn't so long. Was worth the wait.
