I ordered the gold miraculous medals and you definetely get what you pay for. They were very cheap looking and I asked Josh (who previously was very helpful when purchasing something more expensive) if I could exchange for the nicer medal, but he stated he could not and it was store policy. Very disappointed and this replaces my previous review.
I'm a designer and my specialty is picture frames, homebello has a huge collection of picture frames and prices are always good, they also give 5% off competition prices which is good for me because I order in bulk. I always have good experiences with this company.
I wanted to cancel my order, & emailed support, "Josh" responded to my email, basically saying it's never gonna happen, called me a Nazi, MF, this person has absolutely no brains or manners & has no idea what customer service is, this happened a week ago, no shipping info on my item so far or refund, positive reviews are FAKE! Don't believe a word of this nonsense, these people are CROOKS, who according to "JOSH" have 84 other websites to fool MF like me, I Fraud case investigation is now on going with these FOOLS! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS CRAPPY WEBSITE!

I placed an order with these criminals & after researching the company, wanted to cancel my purchase, I got an email from an ignorant/psycho/scum of the earth named Josh! His emails were insulting from the get go,& no resolution till now, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! Spend your money where you're going to deal with normal human beings, not psychos who are scum!

I purchased a birthstone ring for my mother and had it decorated with my and my brother birthstone as a gift. My mom loves her gift and the service we got from homebello was good and I have no complaint.

I like everything with engraving on it. From silver to gold, specially for gift giving nothing says how much you care more than a personalized tie bar, cufflink or a charm. Homebello staff do a great job with engraving and I'm very happy with quality of engraving as well. Too many pretty fonts to choose from too. I buy from them again.
I contacted the HomeBello about the advertised discount, thinking I would order some china. Was given a discount code. When I ordered less than I originally intended, they took back the discount! Josh said that Management would not approve it since I didn't order a larger amount - but the discount offer has no mention of a quantity requirement. Very disappointing. They lost a potentially good customer over a fairly small amount of money...
I made the mistake of purchasing from an unknown company because they offered something i could not find elsewhere, order never shipped. Reported them to bbb and will be calling my bank to stop payment.
Where I live in UK is hard to find Franz vases which I really adore but homebello is the only site that I found who ships these vases to me. I have done a few purchaee with them and even though it takes over a week to get them to U. K. but items are always as described and in good condition

I ordered drinking glasses at the beginning of the week. Spent extra for faster shipping so I could receive them by Friday. After a week of waiting for a tracking number or the actual delivery, I spent a whole day trying to get an answer from the company - they don't have a live person to speak with. You can text and 6 hours later, you might get a response. It was after all of that, I was informed the items I ordered were on back order (not previously communicated to me) and since I was in a hurry because I spent extra on the shipping, they cancelled my order without asking me first. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service. Within 5 minutes I had ordered the glasses that I wanted on another site. They should be here in 2 days. Wasted my time with HomeBello.
I ordered a Christmas music display based on the photo on the HomeBello website. What arrived was a completely different item. Josh at HomeBello said ship it back and they would credit the purchase plus freight. After I had to ask, they did credit the item but not the return shipping. Now, complete radio silence. There are many reputable vendors in the world. This isn't one of them. AVOID!
Answer: Correct. Read MY 1-star review, above, at the top. I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
