I am so surprised to read some of the negative reviews as my experience has been WONDERFUL. The items I ordered were exactly as described at a very fair price. Delivery was quick and the follow up was same day! One of the items I ordered was no longer available from the manufacturer. I received a note of apology and a discount on any alternate item I wished to choose. I would not hesitate to purchase from HomeBello in the future and I assure you I am a very fussy customer!

Horrible service - I wanted to return my item and no one replied to me after three attempts.
When they did respond they were rude and blamed me for the reason I could not return my item.
Shady people shady service

This is the worst online experience I have had! THank God I paid throught paypal so that these scammers won't have my credit card info to steal more money from me. I ordered a ring on the 24th February 2017 for my fiancee and to date I have not received it. They do not return your calls unless it is to verify that your credit card is valid because they want your money. They have not been replying to my emails for an update on my order. I wish I had found this site with these reviews before I purchased from them. It would have saved me my money and all this stress. I am definitely going to pursue my matter until I get justice and these frauds pay for their crime- Stealing money from people.

Learn from me don't ever do business with Home Bello! These people are scammers! Their customer service is the worst I've ever experience! They only have a voice recording when you try to call regarding questions about your order and will not return your phone calls. It has been 28 days since I placed an order, I have gotten zero confirmation about what's going on with this order! When I try to text customer service I got nothing but rude and disgusting text messages back! I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy to have to go through this! Be smart! Only do business with people that have integrity, companies like Tiffany and Company that care and are well known for amazing customer service! I have contact PayPal and I'm disputing this order!

Horrible service!

Tried ordering a simple rose and my order was shipped wrong. I returned the incorrect item and it has been a month and they still have not sent the Rose I purchased. There's a serious lack of communication with these people and when I emailed for a refund I was ignored!

Beautiful beads

I do not buy on line very much and did not know anything about HomeBello. I really liked the the look of the beads but did not know if when I purchased them they would be as great in person. I was thrilled when I received the first two beads and they were beautiful! Two weeks later I purchased two more and can't believe how great they are! Thank you for beautiful beads at a reasonable price and great service.

Glad that I found Homebello.com where I got the Italian branded Knife on a relatively low price. Shopping experience was great and I will ask others to shop here.

I ordered a large number of items for client gifts totaling over $3,000 on December 12,2016. I contacted them several times as to when we would get the order. They only responded to voice messages left when I got nasty about the fact that they hadn't called me. After 2 MONTHS - I got an email saying that my order was cancelled. I emailed them back and told them how unhappy I was with the service I received. They told me that they had left messages with my assistant and she never gave them to me. I know this is not true as my assistant is no longer with me and I have been answering the phone. They have NOT called.

Home Bello has a great array of beautiful Portuguese China to select from among other things.
I recently ordered some gorgeous tea cups and saucers. They told me as they were on back order, I would receive a 5% discount. The order arrived 2 weeks later with no breakage.
The packer included 2 more cups and saucers than I had ordered, and Nikki graciously told me to keep them as a gift from her.
I would highly recommend this company to my friends for their excellent service and product quality.

Seems to be a common thing with this company about rude service and items being on "backorder". I ordered 2 bracelets in november, i did receive one of them, the second i was told would be shipping November 30. Nothing ever came. I emailed and got a response from nikki that my item was "backordered" and she wouldn't be able to contact them till Jan. 3. I never heard back so I needed to file a claim through paypal for my money for the item never received. I contacted homebello and got a rude email that i was taking advantage of the paypal policy. Worst service rude, and downright scammers. I have seen so many posts with people having the same issues. Stay away. They dont deserve any customers

Whats so special about Homebello.com is they dont quote unbelievable prices and discount them like many others. I had ordered Rigaud Complete Large Standard Candle for hosting a beautiful and romantic candle light dinner and which turned a memorable night for me. Like every buyer I too researched for suitable deals, but found none like in this website. So, you dont need to worry about your purchases right at here.

Like most of the men, I too dont have much idea about charms and pendants, but something struck me when I was browsing Homebello.com and I bought this Two-Tone Gold Rose Virgin Mary Pendant for my wife. And guess what? She was surprised and extremely pleased with it. Moreover, I benefited because I received the pendant at a slashed rate (a big discount, mind it!)

After sending me second-run, factory-defective LUXURY MERCHANDISE FROM L'OBJET six months ago, to this day this vendor has NOT sent me the factory-perfect replacements and REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY! Not only that, but despite reams and reams of correspondence via email, the customer service rep, one CRAZY, incompetent "Nikki," then DENIED ever SELLING me the L'Objet items, for which I paid HER and HOMEBELLO $900! Of course, I got angry, and when I defended myself and forwarded her my original purchase receipts with all the correspondence between us since this summer, she then called me a "motherf**ker" along with other egregious epithets in FARSI, the language spoken by Iranians! She ended her tirade with LOL! UN-BE-LIEVABLE! I have all these exchanges which I'm presenting to the police, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, all relevant Better Business Bureaus, not to mention directly to the ownership of L'Objet in Beverly Hills. I am recently widowed and out $225, thanks to these fraudulent lunatics. PLEASE: don't make the same mistake I did. Don't buy ANYTHING from this crooked company just because you can shave a few bucks off here and there. Trust me: there's a REASON their merchandise is cheaper. It isn't factory-authorized, and they offer NO customer service AT ALL. This is truly the most APPALLING transaction I've EVER had over the internet, and that's saying a lot, since I'm a rabid online buyer. STAY AWAY! This Nikki girl is a KOOK, and this business is BOGUS! I would give them FIVE RED STARS, in the negative, if I could!

Not satisfied at all.

I purchased a watch for my husband and no one ever emailed me back when I asked if the item was shipped.
Once the item was shipped, I received it, but the watch didn't work.

They have yet to answer my emails or return my phone calls.

Very displeased! Just use Amazon!
