We purchased gold charms. Panicked when we didn't get a delivery date as they were for gifts. HomeBello phoned us. Gave us a delivery date of Thursday and thrilled us when they arrived on Monday - not under the wire. We are very very happy with this company.
I am so happy with the earrings I bought at Home Bello. I have actually been looking for these specific earrings for quite some time. Home Bello had them at a great price and I bought 4 pairs! I will definitely be buying more jewelry from them.
I saw this brand madi k at a jewelry store in Los Angeles they make nice baby rings which is not easy to find. Im glad I found them online on this site. My order was delivered in 7 days which is not bad considering they had to resize the ring as well.
This company/owner is unreasonable and rude to deal with. They do not have a phone number. They accept no returns, even those that are still shrink wrapped and within a few days of receipt. Take my advice from my experience: deal with a real retailer.

This company is a scam. I made the transaction on their website too quickly as they had the item I wanted at a discount. I wish I had done some research on them as I would have seen the other, many negative reviews. They contacted me via email that my item was out of stock but if I waited, I'd get an additional discount. I asked for an order cancellation. Their phone number no longer works and they will not email you back. Save yourself the time dealing with your credit card company or PayPal trying to get your money back and just avoid them.
I found the product very good and my wife was over joyed with her anniversary present.
Would definitely recommend this company.

Takes your money, but doesn't ship the product. They transferred my order to the manufacturer and washed their hand of my order. The order finally shipped, but it was short shipped. I had to call the manufacturer for an update because HomeBello said that all questions need to be directed to the manufacturer. But the Manufacturer didn't take my order or money.
I wish I would have researched the internet for reviews before I ordered from them. I blame myself because they are rated an F at BBB and their real reviews are all 1.
Please learn from our mistakes, don't order from this company.

I am a horse lover and have many friends who share the same hobby, I ordered a very large and expensive gold horse charm from this company, the charm had to be made by their artisans so I had to wait about a week longer to get it but I tell you that it was worth waiting for, I have sent them a few more customers and because of this I have got some great coupons, I totally recommend HomeBello for all you horse lovers out there!
Purchased a gold necklace that was fake and broke the first day. Customer service harassed my wife and used profanity towards her. Told us to **** off. Customer service was not only rude but used profanity to the max. I reached out to them as well and was greeted with the same harsh treatment. We have been ripped off by this fraudulent outfit. The customer service rep threated to sue if we disputed the charges and then threated me and said to meet him at the businesses address. Along with the profanity, I was called a Muslim terrorist and a Sh***y customer that should not be buying things I could not afford. They said that they were no worried with my complaint or being reported because they have been doing this and getting away with it for the last 15 years. I filed with BBB and the consumer protection agency and plan on going to the media if I must.
I asked about a product they had on their website for sale. They only accept text messages - no phone calls. After a few text messages they told me they don't have any of that product in stock. I asked them why they were selling something they don't have in stock? The person that responded said, "U worry about your own biz".
Complete $#*! - don't even bother with this company! They are probably a scam company trying to get credit card info - so glad I didn't order from them!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I live in Australia and Nikki lissoni jewelry is very popular but its hard to find a store close to us, homebello shipped my order fast and I was happy with my purchase, I just wish they made shipping cost a little lower on larger orders which they said they are working on it. Good over experience. I suggest them to my friends
