Since I wanted some fancy and stylish plates for home, I purchased these Bordallo Pinheiro fruit plates from Homebello's online shop. The plates are almost the same as shown in the images, hence buyers won't need to worry. I think prices are good, especially after comparing them with other website offers.
The Match Pewter Sicilia Bowls I ordered from this website are classy. I must say that I am impressed with the collection available at Homebello. As far as prices are concerned, I feel they are reasonable, but as a customer I also expect some discounts. Apart from that, I had an amazing shopping experience.
This company has really gone above and beyond for my wife! I have never seen a company reply so fast and really take care of their customers. A man named Josh has really taken care of her and never left her in the dark about where the item she ordered was. I am excited to receive the gift she got me!
I've seen these bad reviews on here and I just don't believe them! I have been communicating back and forth with the company and they have been so helpful and really seem to care about their customers! I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future. I ordered a necklace pendant from them and a man named Josh from their customer service email did not leave me wondering where my item has been and I am receiving it tomorrow. Honestly if you have questions just email them because they have been very nice and caring.
Ordered Lenox Canters flat ware for my daughter's wedding gift. It was a very good price, compared to Macy's. No sooner than they received the order, it was canceled. They claimed the manufacturer discontinued the product. Strange, since Macy's and Bed Bath and Beyound carry it.
The item never arrived so we wrote a series of emails that had no response. We texted them and kindly asked for a refund. Mohammed Funigs wrote back cursing at us. Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this! They are true scammers!
I asked where my item was as it had been a month and got this as a reply-

No only are they incapable of sending something that I paid extra shipping on they call me a moron for wanting my order... lovely customer service!

Horrible customer service. I bought a matching set of jewelry and the earrings to the set never came in. 2 months later. No explanation. Just a scribbled note would take longer. I canceled and they refused to refund the first item.
I bough the Rigaud Scented Candles here on this website at a cheaper price than the other sites offer. I would recommend HomeBello.com for people who search for good products.
This company needs training in customer service. I was a first time customer and emailed to find out when items shipped. I was told that the piece I purchased for a friend had to be made. I then asked where on the site does it indicate items are made to order so I know for future. They cancelled my order and told me go elsehwhere. That is not a problem for me, I prefer to spend my money with more appreciative companies. This company is a joke.
I do a lot of research when I'm buying jewelry and am always amazed at the varying prices HomeBello has beautiful products and amazing prices. Customer service is always very prompt in replying and is always attentive. Destination site from now on.

I got a response reasonably fast... from them... they provide Interesting and Beautiful Gifts & that are reasonably price.
I should have known customer service would be bad when I emailed questions before buying and was ignored. They bill you the full amount and you are expected to wait months for the product. My frame was broken and they did not give a full return label and wanted me to pay the return shipping on a broken item which was also the wrong size. They actually wanted me to return everything I ordered to settle non shipment issues. They are nasty and arrogant in their approach and certainly not a reputable business model when you must text 5 times to get fair treatment. I took my business to addison frames. They ship and than bill and answer the phone.
After searching all over for a classic, timeless style frame for a 1st Communion 5x7 photo HomeBello had the perfect product! Fast shipment - had within 5 days & great customer service to resolve an issue upon delivery to my satisfaction!
Searched all over the internet for the best price on Moissanite and found it here. Fast shipping and excellent packaging with certificate too.
This company has a nice quality collection of eagle rings which are my favorite animal, also thank you for sending to Singapore :) will shop here again.

You know what the cheap thing fell apart and I will just put my comments online and I will go to Pandora and by a quality one to hold my charms if this is how you talk to and treat your customers you won't be in business long! I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
