Awful customer service when i TEXTED to pay a split payment on two credit cards also text was delayed and NO PHONE CALLS? And coupon codes online are scams to get you to go to the site and then get your email and get you to purchase items
Placed an order and then, less than 24 hrs later requested to cancel it. It was cancelled but an ranting and rude email was to me. I responded and more rude and ranting emails followed- " for god sake this morning you needed a whole set of china and now you decided you won't? Are you out of your mind?"- this is ACTUALLY A QUOTE FROM THE EMAILS TBEY SENT ME. Be warned- STAY AWAY.

Ordered an item that showed as "in stock" on the website. 5 days later, I received a notice that the item was actually not in stock and was going to be back ordered for 2-3 weeks. I agreed to wait. 3 weeks came and went, so I followed up and asked them to just cancel the order. No response. I followed up again the next day and they said that they would be shipping it out with expedited shipping at no extra charge. I reminded them that I requested it be cancelled the previous day and I still expected a cancellation. I was told that my "sales associate" would get back to me. Whoever that would be, they did not. I followed up every day for three days with no response. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I got this glass turtle as present for my mother and we both love it! It's beautifully made and well crafted.
The price was also very affordable. I feel that I could have paid more considering the quality of this gorgeous little piece of art.
The only concern I had was that the shipment tracking appeared as if it was never shipped, but then the product arrived within a week and in perfect condition, so I have no complaints.
Overall, my experience with HomeBello has been very pleasant. If I'm in the market for more stuff, I will be back!

I ordered a ring, expedited shipping. Tracking shows the purchase as not shipped and the ring has never arrived. I asked for another ring to be shipped and was told they are out of stock. They advised to cancel the order which I did. I asked about a refund and was told the manager declined to refund as the ring is not refundable. I stated I have never received the ring and now Homebello will not respond to any communication.
This pitcher from Arte Italica brand is totally great purchase. You can find various beautiful dinnerware pieces from Arte Italica here. The price is good, but you should also compare with other sites to get a nice deal done.
I ordered a ring with expidided delivery at extra cost! They couldn't give me an delivery date or an estimated date. I wanted to cancel the order & they woundn't. They said I was an internet troll! When I got the ring I returned it back to them and now I have no ring or refund! Stay away from this company!

I haven't even ordered anything from them. Thank goodness. I started to place an order as a guest and unchecked the option to get email. I detest spam. You guessed it, I got SPAM from them. I wrote "customer service" to tell them about what I just mentioned. The response, "Calm down and get a life". You can decide if this is a company you would want to order anything from.
An order for merchandise was placed on April 19, for glassware from a manufacturer that has since closed down. Without communicating to me that my picks were out of stock, the retailer sent me what ever they had left in the color I wanted. When the items they sent were delivered to me I discovered the what I thought was a mistake. The retailer has no telephone access, only email correspondence. So, of course I contacted them to let them know there was a mistake in the shipment. "oops, we sent the wrong thing, sorry " That was it. No, what can we do to fix it, where is the original order, nothing. To get answers, I had to keep emailing back and forth, no info was easily forthcoming from them. A man named Josh finally said they had pulled the wrong merchandise by mistake. Seemed angry at me. Said that a label was coming, for me to send the merchandise back, said there are plenty of other customers that want the bowls and they will pay more for them than I did. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews for this retailer before I placed my order.
I kept seeing these beautiful porcelain vases while traveling through Portugal Fall 2018. They were too big for my luggage and several stores would not ship back to the states. So happy I found HomeBello on my return and could get a pair shipped for my enjoyment.
I ordered 7 months ago, and after 4 months arrived broken. I asked for replacement, and after being lied to for 3 months I asked for a refund. NO communication from them. Please save yourself and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, no matter how good the prices look on the site. You may be one of the ones ripped off like I was.
Answer: Correct. Read MY 1-star review, above, at the top. I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
