This is not a company doing business based on all these horrible reviews and now my experience. This is a scam to STEAL from consumers and this is FRAUD! Placed an order that was in stock, next day receive an email that it's now on back order and I have 36 days to cancel and to advise. No one will return my numerous emails asking if it will be available again and the company does not have a telephone number, only text which they will also not respond to. Save your money, you'll never see your product or refund with this scam outfit! Can someone of authority do something about this?!
Avoid this store. Really bad service.
If you need to return something, is a big restocking fee or you cannot return.
The owner/customer service does not care about the service. Is a big mistake AVOID!
I made an order with HomeBello on the 6th May, I received an e-mail on the 7th May saying that the item is now on back order, even though when I made the order it was showing in stock! They sent me an e-mail saying it would take approx. 3 to 4 weeks. I accepted this and carried on with this wait.
As we're now well over 4 weeks I've chased a few times via their own website but still haven't received an update.
If it's going to take another few more weeks they should at the very least have the courtesy to let me know.

Ordered an item they were apparently out of stock then proceeded to cancel my order without ever refunding me then will not respond to any of my emails. This website acts as a spam. Do not recommend!
I am making a Turtle Necklace for my 25th Wedding Anniversary. Most of the necklace is Trollbeads Turtle Beads so I looked for beautiful large hole glass Turtle Beads. I was lucky enough to find your Fenton beautiful glass Turtle Beads in a bright yellow and lovely blue colors that look so good on my necklace that I ordered two more Turtle beads. Their customer relations department at HomeBello is wonderful and responded to any question that I had. My entire experience with Home Bello has been excellent so I highly recommend them.

Do not order from this company. If you have a problem with your order you will not be able to get customer service. I tried multiple ways to get in touch and never got a response. Except in online chat and they required a credit card number in order to give me an answer.

Really loved the jewelry I ordered! There was an issue over a cup that I ordered being on back order but it was solved fast and efficiently. Will order again from here!
I was impressed on how well the shipping packaging was for the fragile items that I had bought for my Mother's Day gift. Had a little trouble with the banking transaction to start with but we got that problem resolved and I was very very happy with the hummingbird glass blown figurine that I got for my mother for Mother's Day. I would recommend this company two of my friends
I ordered an item on May 1at. Was told by company it would ship may 4th. May 6th I was told the item was out of stock, reordered from their supplier and would be shipped out the next morning. Today, May 14th I'm told the pallet of shipments was stolen by USPS employees!?!
I asked to cancel the order and requseted a refund only to be asked to provide a cancelback order number. What is that?
They suggested I purchase from another seller next time.

I placed an order with this company online, and they were initially processing my order for a long time. When I reached out to ask where it was, the apologized for the delay and were able to ship it right out. Upon arrival, it was the wrong item. They asked me if I wanted to keep the new item for less, and told me the item I had ordered was on back order but could order it as soon as it became available and they would let me know when that was. They did right by me!
There is something seriously wrong with this place and this website! Authorities should shut this place and website down. The idiot running this scam website is a complete $#*! and should not be trusted. No one should ever place an order!
I placed an order (excess of $1,000.00) for multiple pieces for a dinner set over 1 year ago! HomeBello charged my credit card and only sent me half of the items. Josh, AKA "Mr. Customer Service by Text", strung me along for 6 months claiming the items were on back order and coming from Europe. That was 6 months ago! Now a year has passed and I never received my items. To add insult to injury, Josh stopped responding to my e-mails and texts.
Mistakenly shipped the wrong finish item. Gave me a discount to keep it, and will ship the correct item along with an additional discount and free freight when it becomes available. That's about all you can ask for!
Not several stores offer genuine Arte Italica Dinner wares. As I found on Homebello, the collection isn't too wide but it's pretty good. I ordered the Arte Italica Burano Dinner Plates (6pcs) and am satisfied with the product. I'd only ask to add some more items that are generally available at other stores.
Be very cautious when ordering from this company! Their return policy is basically nonexistent for much of their merchandise and when you can they return you only have 3 days to do it, they charge 20% restocking fee (based off retail price not sale price), plus $12.95 shipping and a handling fee., etc. Good luck finding an actual person to talk to in customer service too, you will basically have to text them or email them- very odd. The marketing of their products is questionable, in my opinion. For example, they show photos of jewelry/rings with stones in them and the description says: stone type, Onyx stone color black, but if you don't read the small print or scroll all the way down the description page you will not see the statement that says the stones are not included. I found the customer service to be very passive aggressive- they responded to my question with an email and circled the statement half way down the page and never addressed the shadiness of the rest of it. Not a Better Business Bureau approved company. I personally will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know of my bad experience. Lesson learned the hard way here.
Beautiful artwork. I purchased it to replace one I broke. I added a glass dome and my mummified hummingbird. Love it!
Bought a Jim Shore figurine from HomeBello! The item came in great condition, however due to my mail carrier they damaged the original box of the item. I was disappointed with this, but accidents do happen. I contacted HomeBello and they took this into consideration and gave me a partial refund due to the damaged box! Even though this happened and not HomeBellos fault at all they made the situation better. Because of that I will continue to support them! The customer service is great and response time (emailing) is very fast! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase anything they sell!
Answer: Correct. Read MY 1-star review, above, at the top. I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
