I found three items on this site that were exactly what I was looking for. The price, combined with an online promotion, was hard to beat. The customer service was fast, responsive and friendly. Would wholly recommend. They seemed to really care about their customers and their satisfaction. Will be shopping there again.
I have not received my item. It's been almost a month
I cant even track it. I have written them numerous times asking for a refund and they keep asking what can I do for u. I repeatedly asked for a refund and as of today I still dont have one
Ordered diamond hooped earrings. They're not the size in the description in hoop size not diamond ct.
They refuse to discuss the discrepancy. & refuse to exchange or refund.
Do not order from this company when you see this company‘s name runaway on their webpage they say they are the cheapest if you find it anywhere else for cheaper they will beat the price well I found the melting grains cheaper shut down my email they never replied back I also bought the melting grains on the first here's the 15th and I still don't have it you call the customer service phone number and you get a recorder saying that they're unable to answer the phone due to COVID-19 just send them a email really poor and incompetent company to run a business that way they lost a customer for life

I received four lovely fantasy green (pastel lime green) rice bowls recently. Arrived in perfect condition, professionally wrapped. I've owned various Bordallo Pinheiro majolica (green) over the years and I'm thoroughly enjoying using the HomeBello rice bowls as well as the matching dinner plates and cereal bowls everyday or whenever I have guests! Looking forward to getting two more cereal bowls to complete my collection!
Placed an order for white gold bamboo earrings Dec. 30,2020. Did not receive my purchase until Jan. 20,2021. When I received my order one of the Earrings was broken and did not close. When I reached out to Homebello customer service to request a replacement I was told that I needed to file a formal complaint for their records. I responded via email and asked how to file the complaint and was told to Google it, as Google is very informative. Extremely unprofessional. You cannot reach this company via phone. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back! Poor customer service! Terrible quality merchandise!

Do not order from this company. I ordered a jewelry box for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I didn't open it when it arrived I just wrapped it. When she opened it on Christmas Day she noticed that the drawer was broken on the inside. I reached out to the company to exchange the product and their response to me was that I received the item 2 weeks prior and they informed me that according to their policy I only had 3 days from the day I received it to return it. I was not asking for a refund, I just wanted an undamaged product which they sent me without checking themselves. I am shocked at their unreasonable return policy, especially during the holidays and COVID. I had never heard of this company prior to this purchase, however, it was the only company that had the item I wanted in stock. Now I regret ever purchasing from them DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!
I had been searching for a dainty looking, gold Claddagh ring for a while and thought I had finally found it when I discovered this ring (https://www.homebello.com/ladies-claddagh-ring-14k-gold-polished-d1862/). However, upon receiving it in person, the quality is very disappointing and not true to the photos. While it is a pretty ring, the band is extremely thin and not consistent in size or thickness. The photo on the website shows the band as the same width all the way around, however as it goes around, it becomes increasingly thin and flimsy. I've only worn the ring for one day, and it's already began to bend. As it is final sale, I am unfortunately stuck with it. Very disappointing.
I order some picture frames over 5 weeks ago. They have not arrived. When there is occasional feedback from them, they say the shipment will arrive the following week. It has not arrived. They are massively disorganized, if not dishonest.
Home Bello has the worst service that I have even encountered on the internet. I would advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from them, DON'T DO IT.

Cancelled my order, and just told me I could reorder on their site... but the item was showing no longer available. Will never order from them again.
Ordered item I believe they never intended to deliver. They never shipped item never returned any request about order per their website. They don't answer their phone. Its a small work out of their house business with no customer service. Look at all the other reviews it is a pitiful so called company. Asking PayPal to investigate and suspend their ability to use them. That is the only credibility they have. Only reason I used them knowing PayPal's support.
Answer: Correct. Read MY 1-star review, above, at the top. I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
