I purchased replacement pieces of Sambonet tableware. The product they shipped looked like my tableware but was thinner and lighter. The engraving on the back of the pieces is in the wrong location. These are clearly knockoffs and the company refuses to allow me to return them.
I ordered a unique shot glass set but one glass was broken. I contacted their customer service and they quickly replied with options to solve this problem. I will be shopping with them again.
I had a slight mix up with an item I purchased, but the customer service representative was quick to respond and make it right.
I have bought a couple of pieces but recently a 1.8mm tri color gold rope it's amazing as always I will be back to purchase more I highly recommend
So so so disappointed. Ordered quite expensive gold earrings, paid extra for shipping to MY HOUSE, it got sent to a far away post office, lack of communication and very very rude customer service who said if I didn't pick it up they'd charge us for sending it back, will never be shopping here again!
My experience with this site was wonderful. I received my order quick and had no issues with my order. The products were even more beautiful in person. I would definitely recommend this website and shop here again.
I purchased 3 items from them not one of them is as pictured or stamped with gold k and they are supposed to be gold. The scale used in their photos us false. I have contacted them 3 times to get a refund and they don't reply. This is fraud! Don't buy anything from them!
I made and paid for an order for $ 600. For a month, I waited for it to be sent to me. But they didn't send it to me. Support does not respond to messages. Terrible service. Cheaters.
Horrible customer service! Notified product was backordered and when I emailed to canceled, I got no response. 3 months later, I received email product was shipping and when I emailed to say I canceled the order... no response. No one answers the phone..."because of covid". Despite numerous emails asking them not to send the order... they still sent it out and billed my credit card, Return policy is a 25% restock fee. Total lack of any customer service. I would give them a zero if possible.
I ordered over $300 in figurines. I got refunded for the items they didn't have in stocks, but I never received my order and they stopped all communication when they owe you a refund. After a few days of research, homebello.com has a habit of stopping contact when you asked for a refund. I now have to use other avenues to get my money back. Homebello.com has no intention of helping you get your money back.
I'm infatuated with the restrictive cookware and home style adornments. Great quality with best cost. Should attempt!
I placed an order for some small pots that had no lead time. They never arrived so I emailed to see when they were shipping. The ETA kept getting moved back (which I understand) but I had to keep reaching out to hear anything. The last time I reached out it had been over 6 months since placing the order. Their reply was that they had just cancelled it. I understand shipping and lead times are a bit crazy right now, but I was mostly disappointed with their short emails/reactions and then lack of care to follow up and then just cancelling my order without letting me know. I easily found the same pots on another site right after this last interaction :/

I was looking for a unique gift for u husband and I found the compass bracelet on you site. It looked perfect for him so I ordered it. Because I'm a bit of a procrastinator it was kind of last minute so I paid for expedited shipping. Unfortunately the gift did not arrive on them. However when I contacted the company, a great effort was made to correct the issue as my shipping was promptly refunded. I appreciated that they took ownership of the problem and worked to make it right. Very happy with the actual product. Just a beautiful, unique piece that my husband was so touched to receive it. Thank you for working with me to make this a great gift experience. Will definitely send others your way!
Homebello great seller, am very pleased with my experience with them, I bought an item that was priced wrong but they honored the price i paid, almost 200$ less than original price! Item was shiped first class and well packaged, recieved the the item today just as described, couldnt be happier, i will definitely buy again from them in the future and recommend to freinds and family

I ordered an item that came broken. They asked me to return it but I have yet to receive a new one! They don't respond to emails, customer service forms from their website and the phone number doesn't have anyone on the opposite end to pickup (it's just a voice message). DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Hi readers, me being such a fussy shopper on design and quality I came across HomeBello after surfing through many websites including the popular ones searching on skull bracelets. It wasn't just a purchase tryout. I liked the product as displayed on the net. However photoshop being around I dared not have my hopes up as one can airbrush anything nowadays to make it look good. It was my first on hearing about HomeBello and I clicked buy, paid, waited, received,... happy! Highly recommend
Ordered wrong size of watch extender. Wanted simple exchange of same small product in same size, but Customer Service hid behind their no return/exchange policy. REALLY not customer friendly at all.
Answer: Correct. Read MY 1-star review, above, at the top. I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!
