This was my first time using Home Advisor and was very happy with the quick response and professional service. Bes from 4 Seasons Construction contacted me very quickly and came out that day to asses the problem. He was able to repair the seal on the vent pipe at that time. He took before and after pictures of the repair. Bes was very professional and I will be calling 4 Seasons Construction for other jobs.

Magnolia Construction Services out of Oakland TN is not reliable. He will not show up on his appointments and will not call to cancel.
After 5 broken promises to show up and 10 weeks later job is still incomplete.

Our furnace was malfunctioning and found Cartwright Heating and Cooling wit the help from HomeAdvisor.
Both HomeAdvisor and Cartwright responded quickly and my furnace up and running the same day.
Hooked us up with great people. Even Raspberry building was nice, they just couldn't get their supplier to cooperate. However I cannot change their review. Overall they failed by having a poor supplier.
Hired a painter to paint my great room with 18 ft ceilings, entryway & hallways. Josh at Next Level Painting did an awesome job
I had an excellent experience with Certipro, the company that I contracted through Home Advisor to clean and paint the exterior of my home. The representative contacted me and arranged for a date to start the job sooner than I expected. The team that did the work were exceptional and the best I have seen. The results were spectacular!

My husband &I had a similar project done about 5 years ago, but we were very dissatisfied with the work. The plumber was one we hired through Angie, but he installed the faucet backwards (hot & cold) and left us with terrible water pressure. Michael installed the new faucet perfectly and was able to take care of the water pressure. I would definitely use him again.
I did an internet search for a coaxial cable installation & it must have gotten referred to Home Advisor/Angi. Although I was a little hesitant to give out my contact info, I soon got contacted by a company in Ocala called 3rd Eye Surveillance & it turned out to be a perfect fit! Another contractor contacted me a few hours later, but was also polite. Overall it was a great experience!
One Hour A/C was great! I met my Rep on Sunday and my new Fabulous A/C was installed the next day! This company is not cheap but they are really a quality firm with quality employees! Thanks guys!
The contractor i hired through Home Advisor did not show up. Home advisor charged my card fully for the services. I tried to contact customer support to inform them the contractor did not come. They did not fully refund me only offered a 50% credit off the next booking. Beware, they are a scam and do not use. Work directly with the service provider you need.
I joined Angis list for housecleaning services, out of 5 times I got two ladies who did really well the others were terrible. I called Angis list and was supposed to be refunded for one service and it was never actually done. I would have random people show up to clean on days that were not booked by me, ny app would show one day and they would show up on a totally different day. Their customer service was atrocious, I spoke to 6 people on the day I was looking for a refund and once month later their system shows the money was refunded but my bank never got a refund issued. They basically told me they could not help me and yo take it up with my bank. My bank went through everything with a fine tooth comb and found no refunds from them. I cancelled the membership I paid for and will never use or recommend them again! The pictures shows my couch right after one of the cleaners left, she didn't even vacuum the couch or move the ottoman when she did the living room floor. Which was one of my main things I ask them to pay attention to.
The company was professional and did a great job. I would hire them again to do my electrical jobs.
