I had a problem with my sliding glass shower doors. So I chose doors, sliding... I wrote clear notes about it being a shower door. The concierge called me and then sent my info to a couple of sliding door repair companies. They both informed me that they were patio door repairman. However, one said... If you don't find anyone else, I can come take a look and see if I can help. So he did and thankfully was able to fix the problem.

They stepped up and helped me with projects connected to the yard and fencing. Listened carefully to my needs. Understood that this project was time sensitive and worked hard to completion. The finished fence and 4 gates are just wonderful and I know that they will be my go to guys for future projects. As. A new local startup we need to support this new green company. Excellent from quote, product selection, and installation
Booked a cleaning service a week prior. An hour before my appointment they canceled. I'm moving the next day but HomeAdvisor says they can't find a replacement until following Monday. Their customer service # only takes me to overseas call center in the Philippines & those reps said they are unable to help due to system design. They also don't know how to offer a solution, how to connect me to someone in the US & they said they don't have supervisors on site.
Such a poorly run company. My first service is a disaster. Costing me time & money. Causing major problems for my moving.

Mr. Claeys was prompt and efficient. His many years of experience allowed him to diagnose and fix the problem within his first visit time allotment of $150. He ordered a separate part for my washing machine and charged me the cost only. It was an excellent experience.
I submitted a need for a handyman. They answered immediately. Then I got a call from the handyman and he came to see the project THAT day.
Team of two came at 8am and left at 3pm. They worked very neatly and came prepared with all supplies. My ranch home 's roof is 5300 sq. Ft. It had quite a bit of algae, mold, and dark streaks on the medium gray asphalt roof. Now it looks like new and I am all smiles. I really appreciated the Senior discount.

I first ran an add for some brick repair/replace. No one responded. Someone from Home Advisor called and asked if I was happy with the service. I explained I had no responses. He asked me some simple questions, and rewrote the ad under a different category. I got an immediate response. Brian came out to estimate and did the work the next day. I was very pleased.
Hardwood floor replacement was complete in 4 days. Ed certainly is a master at his craft. I had ideas. He had suggestions. I utilized Ed's suggestions knowing that this is what he does, and I don't know much about these things. Prompt, meticulous, thorough in his approach to the project. He is persistent, and calls back immediately. I was reluctant to return his call, and received a second call and text. No regrets here. Sheer perfection!
