Contractor was great however HomeAdvisor gives you a price then overcharges you from the original quote.
In one day I had my contractor chosen and the work scheduled immediately. The only negative was that although my requests were for price quotations, several contractors immediately assumed I was ready to hire them. HomeAdvisor needs to make clear that a quote request means exactly that.
Satisfied but kind of crazy as they left me a message and I called back and set appointment. Then someone else called.
I used them to find me a mold inspector to test the mold in my apt. The mold company had no idea what they were doing. And they refused to gave me the test results so i call the home advisor customer service and told them what was going on, that the company wouldn't gave me the report for court. They said they would call me back never did, I call over and over no one pick up and i leaved voice messages, to this date I still haven't got a call back.
There were many contacts very quickly after posting the issue. I replied to all in order of response. Any that were not local or could not accept a return call due to being an out of state call center I excluded.
I went with the most personable and schedule friendly contractor 1st and scheduled 2 others for later. After meeting with my 1st choice I called the others to cancel as the work was completed.
Ginnas /Nick and co worker was very nice and prompt. They assisted in our inquiry right away once I submitted my request. Very happy with outcome
After looking for roofers from Angi, George from roof masters called me promptly, came out the same day and gave me an estimate. Since we are so close to winter, he encouraged me to act quickly. I accepted his proposal two days later, and exactly a week after first contact, he came out and he and his crew completed the job in one day.
He also gave me an estimate for another job which we are considering. George gave great customer service, was friendly, prompt, and personable.
We had hoped not to spend this much money, but our roof is 40' off the ground, and they had to rent a hydraulic lift to get up there. All in all, i would recommend roof masters, and do business with them again.
