Good I felt they were on top of it. Checking if I found someone and then after the job I was asked if I was pleased.
They referred 2 good contractors, waited a week and then put our job on the internet. By the time it was published, we already had picked one of the 2. From then on, the calls from additional contractors was a pain in the backside.
Called HomeAdvisor was quickly assisted, repair companies called within a couple of minutes to see if they could help me. Awesome.

AT&T only does so much to solve their own issues. We had condensation in a coaxial cable because they will not spend the extra time to do installation properly. We were told by the to hire a private contractor. Amazing especially since I have insurance with them!?

I was very disappointed that they gave out my personal information to other vendors (realtors, etc.) when I was not looking to sell. I started receiving all these emails from people I didn't need there service. Unfortunately, I thought this would be a service I could use as a good source when I needed something done, however at this time I have no intention of using it again for this reason.

Andy' guys were on time, polite and worked extremely hard. Probably the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a project.
Never showed after rearranging the house: Zero customer service, Run from them. A bait and switch with no one showing up. After the total disaster, they said they would document our experience! No help in anyway or provide any solutions. Just want your booking. Stunned that customer service, which is the life line of a professional company, is missing from this place. Here is your total customer service: We will note your experience! Not fix it, not offer any solutions, not resolve it, but will note it.

Home Advisor sent my request directly to a person who came righ on to my house. He completed the job in less than 2 hours. Well pleased.
Nice to get a good feel for expected cost before I had estimates given by the landscape teams. Always nice to know the contractor is from a trusted source.
