Angi has no means of communication once you talk to someone who takes you order there is no way to ever twlk to someone about problem they hide behind email communication. Ifthey dont I want to answer theydont. They will charge your credit card without notification. Then its impossible to get a response. Dont deal with them they cant be trusted.

I had a Dr appointment late morning and the tech scheduled around it and maintained good communication regarding his arrival time. He was on time, very knowledgeable about my specific unit and completed repairs in less than an hour. Fee was very reasonable and all forms of payment were accepted. I asked for business cards for myself and new next door neighbor. He provided magnetic business cards. The tech was professional in appearance and courteous in conversation.
Got me in touch with someone right away. Got the down payment taken care of. Still waiting on getting the project started.
