Hours and the wrong job... since they got here at 7 am. before I got up they were working... trying to communicate with Obviously foreign people who did not understand a lot of what I said and I did not understand a lot of what they were saying... this entailed 7 or 8 calls and all the reps. Were pretty much the same. I think they refunded my money but it was a horrible experience overall... sorry..

The vendor called me back pretty fast and they were very accommodating. They came over the same night to take a look at the problem and then came back the next day to do the job. It was done very fast very friendly and the price is very reasonable.
The number of times i was contacted by HomeAdvisor boarded on harassment. It was unnecessary and annoying to be contacted 5 times or more per day.
I was transferred to Home Advisor from Angi and it lost my log in. After several attempts and a lot of writing everything was lost. I had to log in and do it again. I wouldn't have bothered because I was frustrated with the experience but I did it a second time because the contractor was fantastic and deserved to get a great review. I think Angi should keep their clients working within their site
I reached out for a reputable contractor to seal my driveway and within minutes Jordan, with Bryant Sealcoating responded. I could not have been more pleased with the response time and such a great guy and company to do my work. I would recommend him and his company to anyone anytime and will continue to use him on future projects.
I tried Angi / HomeAdvisor before but only got contractors that were realistically too far away. Who were non-responsive and there was never any follow up.
This time the experience was over-the-moon!
