Good, once job was approved they were on site within 2 hours. Removed old rotten post, installed newly painted post. Applied another paint coat. Cleaned up site received payment and departed.
Came home to find my water heater (about 20 years old) leaking onto my garage floor. My usual plumber could try and fit me in 4 days later. Went to Home Advisor, found Ben Franklin Plumbing and they were able to replace it that day! Fast, efficient work, following Covid safety precautions. Great experience. Went back to Home Advisor again to find fence guy!
I put in the project I needed done. Home advisor showed me a contractor to check with. I did and got it done in a week. Had to wait for humidifier to come in. Overall a great experience. Not one problem.

When the pro I normally use was not available, I used Home Advisor to find another. It was an emergency project to satisfy the requirements of my HOA, which gave me only 8 business days to get it done. (They claim it's 15 days, but they count the time in the mail for their notification letter and they count weekends.) One drawback: After I hired someone, I kept getting calls, including one from a man who was quite irate--he said that there was supposed to be a notification when the job was no longer available.
I started to request assistance and stopped so I was surprised when Frank called. It worked out.

A L AND HOME ADVISOR ANYTIME TO DO A JOB IN MY HOME, YES, PRICE EXCELLENT TOO.
I told them what project I needed done they got me a guy to do the job
Called for someone to give me an estimate on this project a few months ago, couldn't seem to get anyone to do so? Must have been busy? Then finally "Hallmark" was given to me with a call from Daniel and an appointment was set, and the job was done the next day.
