I've used Home Adviser many times & always have had good experiences with the people they recommend.
I started my own business and I had heard about home advisor through adds and alot of other sources. I wanted to market my name and get my business started with constant work. So I made a home advisor account so for the first week I got alot of leads from home advisor and was reaching out to the "leads" that were provided to me. Half of the "leads" that were provided to me were either not real leads or they wouldn't awnser there phones. You pay for every lead they send you and they say you can refund them if you have issues with them but you have to meet requirements of the leads. You have to call them with in 24 hours twice and after that it's along list that you have to do to even get your money back for a fake lead. I wasn't gonna leave a bad review because when I left they were very nice in understanding about it until today I got a call from a costumer service representative saying how it was my fault for the leads not awnsering because I don't have a online presence. He tried to blame me because I didn't have pictures of my work on my account... Let me remind you that I have called people for these "leads" and they say I have no idea what your talking about I don't need a electrical panel installed... So please don't fall for the money pit like I did I lost over 500 dollars from this scam..
