Professional experience throughout. Professional work. Only negative is the sales reps were a bit pushy for a sale.

I called the tree service's local number from the internet and didn't expect HomeAdvisor to pick up the line, so I was a little leery at first. But they took my information and I heard back from the contractor within the hour as I recall. That was my first experience with HomeAdvisor and they followed up to make sure I had been contacted and satisfied.

Signed on as a licensed contractor. Have cancelled three times. Still being charged on our account for "leads". Impossible to deal with.

I am not from here so I was having trouble finding someone when I was able to find help on the computer through Home Advisor. Two persons answered right away and I was able to select one and get the job completed that day.

Although HomeAdvisor only gave me one choice of contractors in my area, I was very pleased from the start with Jorge and his commitment to serving my needs. I know there are lots of Plumbers in my area - it is hard to believe that HomeAdvisor could only give me one referral. This experience turned out good - a previous experience did not. I am always hopeful when I need a connection.

My front door very hard to open and close. It is an older door. It seems to have needed some adjustments on how it was hung.

We had a complex set of projects for an old house. I was easily able to find the right company to work with. Home Advisor probably saved me many hours of research and other work. Will absolutely use the service again!
