And had a response within minutes!

It was professional and employees were proficient and work was quality!

Refreshing. I really loved Karen's sensitivity in cleaning around my terminally ill husband. She used noise free cleaning and less fragrances.

Too many responses from robots or people asking the same information zip already gave home advisor and promising to get back later. They did hook me up with an excellent local business though.

Good close followup after I chose service to use. Advised me when vendor way running behind time was appreciated.

Home Advisor constantly amazes me with the ease of use and the responses I get for each project. Stop pounding the pavement and burning up the phone lines trying to find contractors yourself. Home Advisor saves you time, effort, and money.

My project was not clearly within their Fixed Rate option defined limits. Was not given a way to not use the Fixed Rate option. Using that feature would not have clearly identified project to awarded contractor and would have underpaid him/her. I want to select who does my job; not have the contractor chosen for me.

I will quit using HomeAdvisor if that becomes your only option.

As a new home owner, my comfort level was made at ease when I spoke to one of their customer services (ROB). Now, I'm not afraid to open the electrical box.(smile) Thank you again for your quick response as well!

Such an easy company to use I thought I'd be bombarded with phone calls or text so I was a little scared to use the company but it wasn't I just got a couple quotes in my area

Provided with multiple contractors which gave me the opprtunnity to compare different prices, each contractor had addional ideas for the project.

Excellent - on-time - well prepared - went right to work - very thorough - good "clean-up" after finished.
