We hired Higgins Renovation to make changes in our newly purchased home, after receiving several payment, not showing up for work, Higgins abandoned the job leaving us with several unfinished projects. Two month later, we are in the process of hiring new contractors to complete the job. Through HomeAdvisor we made contact with 2M Electric Service, Inc. Alisha and team were empathetic and willing to complete the unfinished electrical work. We found 2M to be very professional, timely and patience. There is more unfinished left by Higgins and prayerfully we will be able to find what we need through HomeAdvisor.
They are a pain in the $#*!. Wanted payment before job was done... would not sant to use them again!
My experience with HA has been great and a learning experience too. It's a great platform that allows you to do some research prior to your home repairs or projects. Now, I only use HA prior to anything and get at least 3 estimates and read plenty of reviews. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

Someone called and checked to see if we still needed help and we did. Soon after a contactor called. They came over and started the very next day after contacting them. Super easy to understand and make plans with the contractor.
He arrived on time. We walked to back of yard. Looking under deck. Then walk to other side of deck. He found dead cat within 15 minutes.
He asked if I wanted him buried. I said yes. Dug a large hole, put cat in plastic bag in hole, covered him. RIP Big Fluff.
