I couldn't get anyone to call me back, HomeAdvisor gave me the name of a company (Mattras) that I called and they called me back the same day, arranging an appointment the next week.

Will never use home advisor again. We hired a professional plumber to turn our single vanity bathroom sink into a double vanity. We explained what needed to be done and was quickly accepted by the "plumber" After 6 trips to the hardware store and multiple people coming to help the plumber do the job they confidently accepted we quickly learned these plumbers had NO idea what they were doing. They offered to be paid under the table to keep it cheaper. Needless to say, the whole ordeal was sketchy, and when they told us they would need an extra day we told them to not return. Due to the fact we would need a professional plumber to fix the mess they had created. I found multiple lawsuits against home advisor, so please just google a professional company to get your home improvement work done. It's not worth the headache or money.

I needed a roofer, for some reason we tried to use one we had used in the past. We were working with a timeline as we were selling a property. I turned to Home Advisor twice; once for a realtor and then the roofer. James Papez Construction, LLC was answered prayer.

I was given several contact numbers for different contractors who never followed through. I was about to go a different direction when someone from Home Advisors called to see who we had used. After explaining that none had worked out, he had another company contact me within the day, with a backup contractor. That made all the difference.
