I opened an account with Home Advisor to accept leads on construction in my area. Not once in 28 days did we receive a lead worth the $100 fee. When I tried to cancel the account - sending emails and leaving voicemails, Home Advisor NEVER returned the calls or emails. Then they send my account to collections for past due. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY AS A HOMEBUILDER. WORD OF MOUTH IN YOUR COMMUNITY IS YOUR BEST LEAD.
Needed to paint 3 outside walls of brick home. Got some references from home advisor. Called Pelican Painters and within 15 minutes got call back. Salesman Rob Valiente made appt to come out and look at job. Decided on colors to use on job and painter was here in 3 to 4 days. David Garcia, the painter, was courteous and on time. Job was finished in 3 days and house looks great.
