Lead after lead false, Lead has know need for service. Lead was looking into services. Take your info without your knowledge and sell that info $60.00 to 119.00. They have sent me over 100 false leads and still keep sending bad leads. The reason i stay with home advisor after all the lies. If you work the opportunities Cost $120.00 However You don't pay if client doesn't accept. These are the only leads i trust after 100 of false leads. Have a Honest 5 star Painting company
I needed to have someone come and let me know if my refrigerator in the garage was saving. Home Advisor estimated the cost at $392 without getting any details or even talking to me. Payment was requested BEFORE I even saw a technician. I was about to get out of the site when I saw "Get your own quote". I selected that and Mr Appliance contacted me. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction but I will not use Home Advisors again.

Our KitchenAid washing machine would not work properly. Looked for a repair person. Was connected to a company within 20 minutes.
If you are a contractor who is thinking about getting HomeAdvisor leads, think twice. You will pay double, because half of the leads are no good and they will not give you credit for bad leads. They have a narrow definition of bad leads. They will throw you a bone, occasionally, to make you think they give credit for bad leads. But bad contact information for the customer is not included in their definition, although they tell you it is. They will not live up to their own definition.
