After submitting my request I received a call from Arbaney Hardwood Floors and within a few hours he arrived to look at the job. I had a quote for the work within a few days.

Several of the contractors recommended for quotes were unprofessional. They either didn't follow up with a quote or couldn't match my gutters. I was about to give up when I was finally paired up with a quality contractor, Mobile Rain Gutters. I think you should do a better job screening your contractors and get feedback on all quotes because you have some questionable contractors hurting your franchise.

I would not recommend any businesses to use HomeAdvisorPro. When I first signed up I was told by someone from advisor that you did not pay for leads until the job was completed. After about two weeks I had a charge of $1600 out of nowhere. I talked to customer service and they said that there was nothing they can do since I already had the lead information. So we decided to pause all leads and anything that would charge. A week later and I get charged another $300 for leads that I never received.
