I was reached out to on several occasions by one of the team members at Home Advisors to make sure all my needs were being meet as far as remodeling my homes and the right company was selected with the utmost quality that would get the job done at a reasonable cost

Home Advisor responded to my inquiry promptly with three options to choose from. I hired A R Advanced and they got the job done.
Great. No complaints. The sofa had to be disassembled to remove. They did it very professionally.
Received several potential painting companies after submitting request. Reviewed requirements with 3. Only 2 companies remained interested after we changed request to smaller windows trim/doors only job. Very happy with company that we selected: Painter1.
I could list a litany of complaints. It would take waaay too much time so here are just a few. 1- You call them and sometimes you're put on hold forever. 2-You call them and sometimes their answering service isn't even working. 3- You call them to have a service done and at least half the time a contractor doesn't show for one reason or another. 4- If a contractor does show, they often do not know the details of the job you need done even if you specifically told Home Advisor exactly what was needed. 5- You can be quoted different price structures depending on which agent you speak to at home advisor. 6- Many contractors have complained to me about Home Advisor. Yes, mostly the ones they sent. That's all I can warn you about for now. I do not know how Home Advisor was years ago, but if you want a quality company, this is not the one to deal with.
