Contacted Home Advisor on Sunday afternoon. They gave me 2 sources to try, and had a plumber 9AM Monday morning. Representative was understanding, courteous, and efficient.
After getting referrals from local friends, we decided to expand the options through HomeAdvisor.

Estimate and work completed same day, I got exactly what I asked for, multiple power outlets dropped in the shop work area on various walls, plus new overhead lighting, I can use the whole space now and run all my equipment, no more extension cords.
They did not quit until the job was complete, no payment until it was done and I was happy. Will use them for all my electrical needs in the future.
Used Home Advisor to reshingle a shed roof. They did not make it clear I had to supply the shingles. They charged me $500 to cover a 100 sq. Ft. Shed room laying shingles over the other shingles. It took the guy 1 hour and I had to pay $200 for shingles and nails. Total bullcrap.
Sales guy lied about a special Promotion that they didn't have, he said i only have to pay 300 dlls to get free unlimited leads, which it wasn't true, Im disappointed about the situation. My account was sent to collections for not paying "Free leads'

The use of Home Advisor was very easy. However, 1 of the 2 jobs I requested got cancelled. No good process for rescheduling. Just start over or move on.
