I am so pleased with how Angi put me in contact with A Plus. I received a call immediately and was able to book services quickly and easily. The work done by A Plus was terrific. My pool was losing water faster than I could put it in and then I found Ed's Pool Service. Ed really knows his business and determine the issue was the equipment at the pump very quickly I went and got the parts the next day he came back and install the parts very quickly took care of the problem thank you Ed
I initially contacted this company to have duct work replaced. That didn't happen. I received a list of prospective companies, but none of them responded to my email requests. I did get an email from ANGI wanting to know if anyone contacted me. I did not follow up on that because I had to then get someone to remove a large tree limb that came down. ANGI sent me to K & B Tree Service. They were wonderful! Here the next day and cleaned everything up. Only way you could tell someone had been here was because the limb was gone and there was a tiny bit of saw dust!
Did not like that I could not shop around. I hated that I got sent to the fixed price option without looking at options for who I wanted to hire.
Angi quote was 815.00 with 15% Discount totalling 692.75. Contractor charged me $2,500.00 and did not give me a 15% discount.

Kept jn touch until the start date and started as promised. Kept me informed during the job. Cleaned up as if they were never there. The job looks great.
