They made appointments for me without consulting MY schedule; the property I am getting work done on is over an hour away from my home. I had no way of contacting the vendor they scheduled with to cancel. On another instance I requested a quote from a vendor and they posted it on the Angi portal. I was not notified that I had a quote waiting so I thought the vendor had not responded. This cost the vendor the job as I went with someone else.
Needed testing for asbestos and lead. Was able to select several companies and obtain quotes. I like the ability to view company ratings before making my choice.
