Phone call to repair…2 hrs. Job was done quickly professionally and for a fair price
I was scheduled with two different pros by Angi for the same service. I spoke on the phone with three different people to attempt to rectify the situation. Nothing was fixed. Finally the last day before my service I called AGAIN to tell them I didn't want 2 different service people on the same day doing the same work and refused to pay for the second service. At this point, they charged me a $25 fee because I was cancelling less than 24 hours before the service. The service that came was fantastic and did a marvelous job. I'm not sure what they did with the second service. This was NOT my fault. I tried everything I could to get only one service scheduled but it seems ANGI cannot get their act together until the can legally charge me the cancellation fee. I will never use them again. Hopefully I will be able to get ahold of the person that did come because if I need the service again, I would like to use her. BUT I will never use ANGI again.

They pour a slab for my shed. They pred the area, mixed, and ran the slab. Then, they cleaned up the room and spread the dirt in low spots for us. Very professional.

I had not submitted my request for a quote yet and while researching my suggestions, I got a phone call.
I was charged the same amout $150.74 by both Angi and Home Advisor for the same service. There is no way to talk to anyone. I canceled the Handyman service with both Angi and Home Advisor and was charged $54.99 by Home Advisor. I have contested both chargees. I will never do business with either of them again. One requests generates numerous phone calls from both companies. It is a shame. Angi used to be a great rescourse.
