Job was very well completed and I am satisfied with the outcome. The technician was polite and efficient, and the price paid for the service was fair. Before/after pictures are sent by email after completion of the job.
I was seeking a masonry contractor to renovate my front porch and steps.
Our family owner company signed up for this service in hopes of gaining new business, only to be charged repeatedly for "leads" that were not in our scope of work and to which the "credits" were denied for the most absurd reasons. After many attempts to reach our representatives, we were finally able to cancel service and were told we get a full refund. After months of trying to receive said refund, we were told that the refund will be issued as an in house credit, and that Angie Leads will absolutely not refund our money.
Contacted me in a timely manner, they were professional, personable, knowledgeable, great work at a fair price.

I submitted my name to HomeAdvisor and was contacted immediately to ask if I was willing to accept a call from a potential asbestos testing contractor. I agreed and the said contractor contacted me almost immediately and scheduled a same-day appointment.
Very disappointed. Neither of two upholstery cleaners showed up. I got no call and the customer service person only offered to rebook another day. This is no way to do business.
We tried to find someone to do a rock wall repair and was unsuccessful. Angi found us several options and the person we selected did a quality job for a reasonable price.

There were simply too many calls asking me for my business. Not from the vendor himself but from Home Advisor.

My experience was great, I requested in Home Advisor with a few details for my job needing completion and within an hour I had several call backs and was able to make appointments for free estimates immediately. I was able to submit to my corporate immediately and get approval to proceed with the job due to the speed in the vendors follow up.
GREAT! Contractor was very courteous and knowledgeable! Explained all clearly! Cleanup was the best! This was a very concise contractor! WE recommend and will use this contractor again!
