I order a polo on november, receive at home 6 weeks later (3 weeks later than the date announced on the website)
Bad proportion, mistake such as bad place for the initials and not a good size.
I send back the polo with all the mistake and I juste received one back now (07/03/2019), this one have also couple of mistake such as the size (way to big) and no refund available.
Definitly avoid this service, big deception for me.

FIrst, delay were longer than planed but the delivery was on time regarding the dead line I had.
Then the shirt were to large regarding the size I ordered.
But I did some retouch on a specific shop and now there are perfect. Hockerty gave me back some money. Not the full one, but 25% of my price order.
That I don't find really fair because we have to pay again whereas the mistake is not on our side...
But now, as everything is fixed, we can enjoy shirt with good quality and I appreciated the customer service reactivity.

The WORST suit I've ever purchased. Stay away from these guys. I had a tailor do my measurements to make sure it would fit, and the suit came late and was so poorly made that when I went to the tailor to get it corrected he laughed at the possibility. Not only did the suit not fit in almost every aspect, but the quality of workmanship was terrible. Customer Service was slow to respond and left me needing to buy another suit because of the time it would have taken for the to "try" and remake it. Even if it had been tailored perfectly it would still have been the cheapest quality suite I have ever bought. You can get something 10x better with better service for less than half the price at Jos.A. Bank's or the garment district. STAY AWAY!

This is a cheap Chinese company, even though it lists its company through an address in Switzerland, so do not be fooled by its professional look. It even recently changed its name to Hockerty from the old name Tailor4Less due to the massive amount of negative online reviews posted for it.

My own experience: I ordered from them a couple of years ago, and the clothes were decent - more so than just buying off the rack. This second time, however, was another story. The trousers couldn't even be put on, let alone worn comfortably, as though they had taken my body measurements as the actual measurements to make the garments into, rather than making the trousers actually FIT someone with those measurements.

Communicating with the email staff, unfortunately, is infuriating. They spout sympathetic platitudes while reminding us that we cannot ever get refunds. Then we have to take pictures, document the size problems, pay for return postage, and wait several weeks while they try again - with extra time taken to ensure the "perfect fit" this time.

When they replacements came, the thighs had been redone, but the crotch had not changed, which means they only changed PART of the carefully explained problem. This essentially means that there is no uniformity in how the different factories use the measurements - it is entirely random. How can they claim to make custom-fit garments if they don't even have a standard way of using measurements? Then they expected me to repeat the entire process, at the cost of my own time and money.

It boils down to this: they are not a scam insofar as you will actually be sent clothes in the colours you selected. However, they are made in Chinese factories with no quality control, and every order is a gamble. If the clothes arrive too small, they will remake them but never refund you (they would be able to "guess" at your size and remake the clothes a dozen times and still turn a profit because of how cheap they are to make). If they are too big, they will make you modify them at a local tailor and refund you only about 20% of the cost of the job. They will keep citing their small print to exclude you from refunds, and you will not have any recourse because there is no quality control in China, nor an easily defensible trade law avenue.

I have learned my lesson, and will NEVER buy custom clothes online again. I found a good local tailor that makes bespoke menswear that didn't cost any more than Hockerty despite being in Australia, and I will trust to them henceforth.

Don't take the risk unless you enjoy gambling at poor odds.

Great customer service!

Hockerty had the best priced, 100% wool suits and on top of that they shipped quicker than any online suit place. It was a no brainer to order from them. I needed the suit for a funeral and so I ordered it. The funeral arrived sooner than expected and I asked if I could cancel my order even though it had been two days since the order. They were so friendly and warm with me since I explained to them my dilemma. They cancelled the order and refunded my account quickly and it was super easy. Unfortunately, I had to pick up a lame suit at JcPenney since I needed one ASAP. I'll definitely order from Hockerty next time.

Had to take so many steps to fix things. First they made me go to my tailor to see if they could fix it. When my tailor said they couldn't fix it, Hockerty made me pay to have it shipped back to them for it to be fixed by their own tailors. Once I shipped it back, they couldn't track it and made me find the information for them. Finally they were able to track the garment and mentioned that it would take "much longer" to fix this than the first time. This was sent back to them on December 24 and I still haven't heard when it may be finished. I know I took a risk going with a company like this but didn't realize how bad they were until I had to deal directly to them to resolve an issue.

Don't Do It!

Ordered a dress shirt and had it sent back for remake, no complaint there thats how it works. The problems started in the remake process. They have been surprisingly rude, unprofessional, borderline dishonest and have failed to follow through on their word regarding critical aspects of my order. At this point Im just trying to get my money back, which they claim they do not offer refunds so I have to dispute with my CC company. Maybe I was unlucky or maybe they just provide terrible service and terrible experiences for people. There are other far superior MTM companies out there that charge more but will take care of you and will fight for your future business. Hockerty will rip you off for your money today and could care less about tomorrow.

£250 worth of suit and chinos wasted. Quality is cheap, fitting is terrible, no refunds, no exchanges, "perfect fit guarantee" is a sham. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The materials used were awful. The chinos are made with this cheap plasticky material that feels like paper and when you wear the trousers. Fit is terrible too. Customer service via some customer service centre in Switzerland but all work done in China and the packaging labels are in Chinese.

Just don't do it and get yourself an off-the-shelf suit tailored at your local tailor, where a skilled tailor can measure you and adjust your suit properly.

UPDATE: after some back and forth with customer services, the "perfect fit guarantee" is just them saying they will give you store credit for costs of a local tailor. So not really a guarantee. You need to spend more money with a tailor (and indirectly, with them) to get a perfect fit. Not a guarantee but a bit of a way to scam you out of more cash.

Terrible quality, terrible cut, non existing customer service. AVOID this company at all costs.

Bought 2 suits in linen, measured with their online tool. When it arrived it was about 3 sizes too large at the chest and arms too short. Absolutely ridiculous. Contacted customer service who wanted pictures but essence of their reply was that they couldnt do much other than waste my time for 2 weeks. Took it up with paypal, got pressured into dropping the paypal case by hockerty. Paypal ruled in hockertys favor.

Warning to everyone thinking of ordering: its more fun to burn your money than to buy suits here but if youre looking for a quick solution to waste cash, then this is the place to be. Absolute garbage product and garbage staff.
