Great tailors! We had two suits, one shirt and one leather jacket tailored to perfection here. They fit like a glove now! They have a great variety of suits. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I highly recommend them and will be going back to them next time I need a suit!

We spent in excess of £600 on 8 custom waistcoats for a groom and the wedding party. They all came incorrectly sized and even had incorrect initials (which we paid extra for!). They acknowledged it was wrong but failed to respond to emails and didn't send out the replacement items in time. THEY RUINED THE WEDDING OUTFITS AND WE STILL HAVEN'T HAD AN APOLOGY OR EVEN AN OFFER OF A REFUND! COMPLETE JOKE!
To be honest I didn't expect anything that could fit me. Measuring at home and with some bad reviews online. But I have to say that the suit fits me perfectly and the fabric is really nice. Nice experience.
I love my blazers! I bought two, a royal blue one and a red one. The colours are exactly as they appear. Love the material. It is kind of stretchy so you have room to move your arms and not feel uncomfortable. Now, I am going to get it also in black. I am 110% satisfied with this company. Great job!

Viene tan bien empaquetado que al ver la caja creí que solo me enviaban el pantalón.
En cuanto a los plazos de entrega, lo pedí al principio de la semana santa y lo recibí en el mismo plazo, que si todo los días hubiesen sido laborables.
Los recomiendo al 100%.
Nothing was right. Fabric was cheap, sizing was wrong, no return policy. Do not order anything from this company - you will regret it.
Au début, j'étais un peu septique sur le fait de commander un costume sur mesure juste en donnant sa taille et son poids mais QUELLE SURPRISE! Le costume tombe à la perfection, vraiment et en à peine 15 jours: MERCI et BRAVO!

I received my £200 jacket yesterday, which turns out to be a 16 usd jacket made in China which is the cheapest material along with the worse tailoring I have ever seen, I look like a 5 year old wearing his dad's suit.
To top it off the Chinese had left the invoice to Hockertys in the box I received showing they are paying 16 usd for the crap I received (even they are being robbed to be fair) with half the buttons s hanging off and the other buttons the wrong way around.
I would strongly suggest noone buys from these con artists for any reason! And I will be fighting for a full refund as I have been completely ripped off by this joke of a company!
Very very poor service fronted by a shiny website full of promises.
I ordered 3 suits, one intended for a wedding, with the delivery date a week before the wedding. On the expected delivery date we got an email saying the order was re-assigned and the new date was the day of the wedding at the end of the week.
Asked Customer Services for help but they have not responded other than repeating the revised delivery date - as much help as a chocolate fireguard and a big fail on customer service.
I am now sourcing a suit for the wedding locally and will not be accepting any delivery from them whenever it arrives - full refund request already submitted.

In those cases, we provide the shipping company details in order to speed the delivery up or reschedule the delivery.

Ordered this hoping for a great fitting suit. The material is thin and cheap with over padded shoulders. Measurements were as expected but the material and techniques of the tailors was clearly deficient.
Utter and complete garbage. The fabric sample that we received and ordered is not the same fabric that the suit is made in. Unfortunately, they have a strict no refund policy, only reimbursement for alterations, up to 25% of the cost of the suit. Obviously no amount of alterations will make this fabric the thinner one we need for our warm climate wedding. Let's not even talk about the fit of the suit, it's god-awful, even though we went to a tailor for measurements. Do yourself a favor and don't gamble your money away, the entire garment and "customer service" is an embarrassing mess. Treat yourself and run far from Hockerty!
A couple months back I ordered a black suit from Hockerty. I wanted something casual, so I emailed Anna and asked for the jacket to be unstructured, and for the pants to be unlined.
When the suit arrived, it appeared that not only did Anna ignore the special instructions I gave, but I paid a premium charge for an unlined jacket which came in half lined.
I emailed Anna that I thought everything would have to be remade. I told her that the pants were not right, and that the jacket was produced with canvasing, padding, and lining which I did not ask for. She recommended I have a local tailor look at it, and I asked if she would cover the charge to fix her oversight. She lead me to believe she would so I did.
I'd like to point out that at this point that I have worked in the custom clothing business for 11 years, and thought I was doing a favor by preventing a remake.
At the end of the day I got a serviceable product (pants are close enough). When I sent pictures and alteration receipts into Anna, she denied my claim and only refunded a portion back. I pointed out that my alterations were over the "policy" specified amount by the amount that it took to fix the instructions she chose to ignore.
At the end of the day though I like the suit, I was overcharged, and denied the cost of fixing their oversight. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had.

I'm sorry you had a disappointing experience with our Customer Service. I will personally scrutinize the case thoroughly to learn from the experience and provide a better service to clients when facing a problem like the one you have encountered.
We should've been more clear with you about the tailor's adjustments (and the cost that we assume) and have raised other alternatives if this did not fully solve the problem.

My fiancé and I ordered our vests for our wedding through hockerty. We though we were buying a high end product, which was not the case. The material looked cheap and almost like a potato sack. We also paid extra for customized buttons and when we received the vest they were falling off. Never buy from this company.
Answer: Don't order from this company if you are looking for a quality product. If, on the other hand, you are looking for poor quality fabric, shoddy tailoring, poor customer service and a high price, by all means, order from this company.
Answer: Our delivery time is currently 2 weeks from the moment of online payment to home delivery. We need at least 15 days to tailor and deliver an order matching our standards. It is thus unfortunately impossible to reduce the delivery delay, even against compensation, we already are the fastest in market.
Answer: Because hockerty are thieves selling crap and if i am lying let them take me to court along with the thousands of other people that are being ripped off they use to be called Tailor4Less decided to change their name when complaints became to much spread the word they are crap

I can understand your disappointment if you're not happy with the quality of the garment received. I'm pretty sure we can do something about it. Let me say that invoice has nothing to do with the actual value of the garment.
