I tried multiple times to return my shoes for a refund, and they only offered an exchange. When they called me and left a number, I could not reach them, EVER, when I called back. I lost money buying these shoes. I reported it to the BBB
These Hike shoes are very comfortable and I wear them a lot.
But they are not very durable. Within a couple of weeks they have a hole in the toe
I am 85 years old and have been wearing your shoes for the past two years. I absolutely love them. Before by the end of the day, my little toe was killing me, but since I started wearing your barefoot shoes, I walk all day with no toe pain whatsoever.
It is everything you say it is when I wear them I have to look down to make sure I have shoes on its like walking on air thanks for making a great shoe.
I bought 3 pairs and two were too small so instead of paying the requested 9.00 per pair for you to send me the correct size I DONATED THE SMALLER ONES TO CHARITY! I fell backward with the pair that fit!

Generally I like the shoes. I wear a size 12 in my other shoes, so that's what I ordered. These shoes are a little tight in the toes, and I believe you don't have a larger size. Not sure what to do.
I contacted your customer service dept at least twice to start a return on a pair of shoes that didn't fit.
Absolutely zero response! So here I sit with a pair of $70 shoes that don't fit.

Love these shoes! May not be the most stylish but boy are they comfortable! Great variety of colors. Very nice, wide "toe box". Have to hold myself back from buying another pair. Already have 3.
You obviously have not seen my letter. You sent me a white pair. I ordered a blue pair. Please check my order. It was for size 11. Blue shoes. Please check order.
What do you want me to do with the white shoes?
I have ordered two pairs. Normally I wear a size 9 women 's american size. I ordered size 9. The size 9 are too tight. My toes are crammed into the front of shoe. I ordered an other pair in size 10. Much more comfortable. I have since order 3 more pairs in size 10. Otherwise, my right knee does not seem to hurt as much. I wear these shoes as a classroom aide which involves lots of walking and standing.
Received my order quickly. The fit is good, I think I could have gone one size smaller, but since I ordered 3 pair at once I will keep them. They are very comfortable and I look forward to getting good use from them during these hot summer days.
I dis not wear the shoes because you shipped me a Mens size 4 and I ordered a Mens size 9. I told you that 3 times but never received a satisfactory answer.

2nd time I have ordered. They do not match my blue shoes. I previously ordered, although they looked like they would. These shoes have leather at the top of the tongue. With my high arches and thin sacks on, I can't get the shoe on very well of all. I usually wear thin socks and I don't usually go barefoot but I guess I will have to
First of all, let me start by saying I tried multiple times to return these shoes and with no response so I've been stuck with a pair of shoes that I haven't worn, will not wear, and do not want. So on that note, I'm not happy with this company. Period.

Received an email asking how I like my new Footwear. I have not received it. I got an email yesterday (May 19) saying there was a delay in shipping.
I bought these shoes to improve my comfort from plantar fasciitis. The packaging is great, and they look just as they did on the website. However, the return FAQ's said that they could not be returned if worn. It's ridiculous to think you can assess the quality and comfort of this kind of shoe without at least wearing them for a long walk. I posed this to the information email, and no one responded to this comment. In fear of not being able to return them if I tried them, I decided to return them right away. The return instructions are to email the info email to get permission to return them. It took almost a month for a human to respond to the email. I sent at least 10 emails and had to threaten them with a lawsuit. Their response was to offer that I exchange them for another pair. How could this help the situation? I declined, and three weeks later they responded with an offer to keep the pair and get another at 50% off. I again declined. Three weeks later, they continued to bargain with various offers. After 2 months, I finally got the return address (paying for shipping as instructed on the website). They threatened to withhold the return fee, which I had to remind them was not on the website, and said I wanted a full refund. I finally got that after 3 months. Unless you're willing to take a chance on them, do not buy them.

I bought my shoes in February and paid $74.85. They didn't fit and I returned them following their directions to a "T" - I paid to mail them ($17.65), with tracking, to their "Green Return Initiative" in North Hills, CA. They were delivered there on March 30th and I am STILL waiting for my refund - despite weekly emails.

Incorrect sizing chart and they will not stand by 30 day money back guarantee.
They expect you to return the incorrect size to them and pay the postage fee so you cannot afford to return them. The only option is to pop the shoes in the bin. A total scam

A waste of money. These are water shoes. Like the ones for white water rafting.
Poor quality or should I say the same quality as the cheap ones I buy every time I go rafting. Please don't buy to find out for yourself. There is no customer service and no return.

Answer: I had no trouble getting ahold of Hike's CS - but getting a straight answer was another issue all together. I went back and forth with CS in 14 emails before I finally gave up. So I guess their strategy worked. Check out the BBB website for Hike. BBB won't accredit them, and they have 106 complaints regarding returns that are unanswered. BBB rates them an F, which tells you all you might need to know.
Answer: Any Chinese website will have the same quality footwear at a fraction of the price.
