I have two pair of these and I really should have gone 1/2 size up. Because of this, at the end of the day, the top of my toes hurt. However, the rest of my feet feel great! I do feel more grounded and secure when I walk. I don't have stability issues at all. I wear these so often that even with the smaller size it surprises me how often I actually do wear them because of the overall comfort and stability. I love the colors that I got too.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. They were a little short so I contacted the company to return them for a size larger. The company said, Mo worries! Keep the shoes and we will send you two replacement pairs." I was thrilled. Now it is 3 months later and I still have not gotten the replacement pairs. Originally they said they were out of stock, but for 3 months?
From the moment I put on my shoes I knew that they would be great! So comfortable! I love the wide toe box and they are snug around the instep. They help with my balance issues! I initially bought black and loved them so much I got 2 more pairs in green and orange and sandals too!

I ordered three pairs of shoes on April 28,2026. I received them and was very disappointed because they did not fit. I ordered shoe size 8, like I did the first time I ordered your shoes. The new ones were way too big. I have emailed numerous times with no response. Finally, on Monday, May 18, I received an email saying they have been experiencing a high volume of emails. I still have no clear idea of how you will resolve this issue
I ordered my sandals in a size 40 and they are to big. I need a 39. I've tried to exchange them and asked you how you need me to do this. You responded by telling me to be patient that you would respond. That's been over a week. I certainly will be posting my bad reviews soon for all to see if I don't get some satisfaction by the 22nd..

I have foot drop in my right foot. I can't get these shoes on without a long handled shoe horn and a great deal of work. I tried to return them but was too difficult. I gave them to a local used clothes store for someone who could use them.

I bought these shoes, hoping that it would be very helpful to me after my major back surgery. I received the shoes and realized that I could not put them on because of my disability from the surgery and lace them up. I contacted the company and explained that I was unable to wear these shoes because I thought they would be more slip on And ask for a refund on my credit card. Instead, I got a runaround from them months later that said that I could keep the shoes and for the cost of shipping pick another pair of shoes but no refund. Why would I want to buy more shoes that I can't lace up I'm not saying that they're bad structure. I'm just saying for my disability. They're impossible to wear yet. The company is unwilling to return my money instead they want me to spend more money to get another pair of shoes

I have known about Hike Barefoot shoes for many years because my son-in-law has worn them forever. Then I saw my sister wearing them and she told me the benefits she was having. I ordered them immediately. When I put them on, I was skeptical of the benefits of a shoe that felt more like a sock. They aren't kidding when they tell you your balance improves because every new surface, I am on, is no longer a problem. My neuropathy has also improved. My sister and I were, chronic no shoes, type of kids that were constantly getting in trouble for not having shoes on. Who would have ever thought that we were right?

While they tend to "flip flop" as I walk, they are comfortable. Not easy to "slip on", takes full use of hands. But I will wear them with confidence as they are the only shoes that are level with the ground!
I really enjoy the roomy toe box. The inserts makes these feel like walking on air. Like the color (green) and style and get lots of compliments. However the shoes run smaller, my toes are exactly to the end.
Have knee and hip problems and didn't have any shoes I could wear all day no matter how much or little I paid. Decided to try HIKE. Ordered first pair Jan 2026. So glad I did! Now only have to wear one pair of shoes. They did take a little time to get use to but was able to wear all day the first day I got them. Now my sister is also wearing them. I ordered a pair of the sandals recently and am excited about getting them. Hope they come soon! They will be my 5th pair. Love the shoes!
I already purchased two pairs. I want to get two more but have trouble navigating the website which is still showing Mastercard that has been canceled. Need to speak with a human assistant.

I didn't believe it, but they were attractive comfortable shoes, so I was willing to overlook a little hyperbole. After a month I noticed an increased confidence in my gait, and I became less concerned with foot placement and pavement conditions. I'm 72 and I won't be doing any high wire acts no matter the shoe but now I'm walking without obsessing about walking and it's a relief!
I have 6 pairs now between the winter boots and the summer shoes. Lorax Pro are by far my favorite. Easy to wear, hug my feet, and are weightless. I can tell after about 9 months of wearing them how much stronger my ankles and feet are today compared to before. Great job Hike Footwear!
Love the shoes but am very disappointed in the customer care team since they haven't answered my 5 emails regarding a double order last shipment.
Answer: I had no trouble getting ahold of Hike's CS - but getting a straight answer was another issue all together. I went back and forth with CS in 14 emails before I finally gave up. So I guess their strategy worked. Check out the BBB website for Hike. BBB won't accredit them, and they have 106 complaints regarding returns that are unanswered. BBB rates them an F, which tells you all you might need to know.
Answer: Any Chinese website will have the same quality footwear at a fraction of the price.
