These shoes are so amazing. I have 7 pair. I love all the bright colors. They are so comfortable. I can walk all day with no foot pain. Everyone always ask where did I get my shoes from. I tell them if it does have HF inside. They are knock offs. The only color I wish I had was white. Can not find that color. I just wish when you send a credit to use you would let it go for 3 month, instead of having to use in a month.
Bought one pair to try and really liked them. I now have them in dark gray, white and beige/ They are so comfortable and my feet are good all day. Wish I knew about them sooner.
I purchased theses and had injured my foot and let them sit for a while by the time I got around to trying them
On realized I maybe should have gotten a bigger size my toes were touching the end tried again a few days later in case I had puffy feet or something. Yes definitely touching the end. Packaged them up started the review process. Waited heard nothing reached out again and heard back was told I could not return. I think when I first reached out it had been 32or 33 days. Tried asking for return /exchange again was told nothing could be done.So they sit on the floor in the little package they came in
I find the inner soles on the i cloud series different than the original Stride series. Customer Service is not responding to my complaint, and request to return 2nd unopened pair.
I wrote email on 5/13/2026 requesting to return 6/14/2026 form email received, as of 5/20/26 no other contact
I took a chance and brought my new Hike shoes for my 18 day trip to Egypt. I wore them on the plane and on every daily excursion. They were wonderful - comfortable and held up beautifully
I have have 4 pairs of these shoes and they are nice to wear. I tried to buy 2 more different pairs but the ordering system didn't work and kept putting the wrong shoes in the basket. Where other sh oesvi have stick between the foot pedals in the car these shoeszre so soft they actually feel like you don't have shoes on at all. They took some getting used to but ok in the end
For years I have had neuropathy in my feet especially my toes. Traditional shoes pressing on my toes created a painful and unpleasant sensation after about an hour. While taking a fall prevention class, the nurse facilitating the event, highly recommended trying Hike shoes. I ordered two pairs and on my next outing to Disney, I wore them for 7 hours, walked 5 miles and had NO pain, no tingling, no leg cramps. It was bliss! I haven't worn any other shoes for the last 6 months and now own over 10 pairs. I just got 2 pairs of hiking shoes to wear next month for 18 days in Scandinavia to celebrate my 70th birthday. I am your # 1 fan!
I was sent the wrong size shoes. When I tried to return them The page to get returns would not open and the number to call was not working. Tried many times on multiple days. Your getting a bad rep about your return policy.

My Hike shoes are so comfortable with the wide toe box and adjustable laces for an exact fit. I don't want to wear any others since I got these! I'll be back for more later!
I ordered a pair of Hike shoes and absolutely loved them. They fit perfectly. So I ordered two more pairs, and they weren't remotely like the first pair and the forefoot is widely distorted. I cannot wear them and guess I will have to give them to a charity shop. Very disappointed.
I made a mistake in my order and customer service was prompt and very forgiving. I am grateful for their understanding. I own 3 pairs and I love my all. Wear them everyday. Love the wide toe box
I did not like the shoes when. I received them. Very different shoe and I was going to send them back. But I tried wearing them for about 3days, after I got used to them I am very happy with them and wear them every day.
I love the wide toe and so comfy.
I have six pair but usually wear the white or navy shoes. The problem is holes in toes. I have short nails. Wear socks Why?
I have been wearing my HIKE footwear for about 3 weeks now and at first I had a little trouble getting used to wearing them. Each day is getting easier. I have had less trouble with balance problems since beginning to wear HIKE footwear. I was using a cane almost daily and I haven't used it since wearing the shoes. My feet are still a little tired at the end of the day, but I am getting more accustomed to wearing them for longer periods of time.
I've had both knees replaced this last year and no shoes felt good. I kept looking at the leopard print barefoot ones and finally ordered a pair. I wear them every day and have purchased several more pair. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned!
I have 3 other pair of tennis shoes from you which I love. The sandals just don't fit me and are not comfortable. I would like to return them.

I ordered a pair months ago. They did not fit and I needed a larger size. I emailed you and asked how do I return them. The response I got was, oh you don't need to return them. Just pick out another pair, tell us size and just pay the 9.98 shipping. I did that THREE MONTHS ago and I received no communication or pair of shoes! I wrote to you again and the response I got was,"Thanks for reaching out. A customer service person will respond promptly within 3 days. Here we are two months later and NO SHOES and NO RESPONSE! I let people know this company can not be trusted to resolve any problems with shoes once received. I was charged $73.66 on 1/29/26!

I am 76 years old and workout at the gym 4 days a week. I was wearing Hoka's with thick soles which made my balance very unstable. I now own 3 pair of Hike's and have ordered 3 more pair. I have 5 friends that I recommended the Hikes to and they have all ordered Hike footwear. I think I need a discount for selling your shoes?
I love my Hike shoes, but I hate it that the special "buy three pairs" offer I opted to use left me with two pairs of shoes in the right size and one pair that were way too small and not the size I ordered. Because of this and being told that it's my problem, I won't be buying from you again.
I ordered two pairs with netting: black, blue. I love them and the roomier toebox. Unfortunately, my golden retriever, Maggie, loved the black pair and the toggles and thought the design was tasteful. So, the blue pair is the only pair I can fashionably wear in public. So, I basically love one pair! Thanks.
Answer: I had no trouble getting ahold of Hike's CS - but getting a straight answer was another issue all together. I went back and forth with CS in 14 emails before I finally gave up. So I guess their strategy worked. Check out the BBB website for Hike. BBB won't accredit them, and they have 106 complaints regarding returns that are unanswered. BBB rates them an F, which tells you all you might need to know.
Answer: Any Chinese website will have the same quality footwear at a fraction of the price.
