The material of the shoes are a bit rough ant the other hike shoes the material was smooth and did not rub my feet. They fit perfectly and I love the box toes
I have sent a number of emails of which you have not replied to. I find this very rude as i have purchased a number of shoes from you and if this is now you treat customers it does not show you in light
I have sent emails stating the problem i have reached out and all i get is were busy and will get back to you soon.
T first they said were sorry here is a coupon to get another pair for $9.95 no mention of the $69.00 refund or an exchange for the wrong size

I love the fit of my shoes and the feel of the ground under me but a few weeks after I got them a piece of the sole on one shoe started to peel off. Pretty disappointing
My experience is frustration. I can't tell you my experience with my new shoes because I don't have them. I have never received my order. Placed April 22.
This is intolerable. Don't buy from this company. I sure won't do that again

You sent me the wrong size and they are to small, therefore I can't wear them. I have tried to send you several emails, but nobody has answered them. I paid $157.81 for something I can't get on my feet. I needed an eight and a half and you sent me a six and a half! I am very disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing them. I AM VERY DISGUSTED with your company and would never tell any of my friends to purchase your product.

Several months back I bought two pair of Hike shoes. I don't remember the style names now, but one was specifically for bunions, one for knee pain. Both pairs fit true to size and were comfortable from the get-go. I already wear primarily zero-drop shoe styles so there was nothing for my feet to get used to. They are very light. So much so that at first I couldn't imagine how they'd hold up as shoes, they felt more like comfy socks with soles. But, they've had pretty consistent wear since I got them, wearing them on gravel, and uneven rocky surfaces, as well as "street shoes" and they're showing no signs of wear.
The only "con" is I think they're a little pricey and I wish the company would stop offering the promotional "deals" and just sell them for the lower price that they always work out for from the beginning. All the BOGO, "today only" type advertising distracted me from buying them for the longest time because it feels kind of huckster-ish. They have a good product and prompt shipping they should just relax on all the confusing advertising.
I honestly like the shoe it does what you say. I love them very much. I wear them every day. The only thing I don't like is that inner so it comes out every time I take my shoe off and that's a pain but otherwise it's a nice shoe. I recommended everybody but get you a bottle of glue. You're gonna have to glue a sucker in.
I love these shoes. I now have 5 pairs and will be ordering more. I walk 2 miles every morning. It has helped my unsteadiness and heel pain. I wear them everyday.
I have a total of 5 pair of Hike. They have been excellent. However, the 5th pair (purple) is not the same and are weird. Don't know that I want them!
In ordering, I have found that in ordering a size 13, some times when i get the shoe it may be a 44 the next time it may be a 45. There is a little more toe room in the 45 than the 44 and that makes a difference in the conference in wearing the shoe
5 pairs later I've gotten rid of the Sketchers I was wearing because they hurt my toes. Not the Hikes- plenty of room so toes aren't crowded. I can walk all day with no pain. Thank you Hike footwear
I have three pair so far. I'm 80 years old and have lost some feeling in the bottom my feet. The best thing I can say is that I don't even think about my feet when I am wearing them! My balance is a little better. When I am driving and am stopped at a light, my foot stays evenly on the brake pedal, instead of my not putting enough pressure on the pedal so the car starts creeping forward.
I was looking forward to my new shoes, as I have worn and still wearing Hike footwear now. They have alleviated any pain from my bunions and hammer toes, Those conditions seem to be actually improving.
I never received the orders, even though tracking showed they were delivered. If you can please look into this situation, and rectify it, I would appreciate it. Look forward to hearing from you.

I've been wearing hike shoes for 3 years. They are my only shoe, no matter where I go or how I'm dressed. At my age I need my feet to be comfortable. Once you find the shoe that makes your feet and legs feel good when walking and standing, you go with it.
This is my 5th pair of Hikes. I just got a white pair for the summer. I find them very comfortable for everyday wear and for my walks. I even use one pair exclusively indoors as my slippers because they give me support.
Could not be happier.
Once I took my first walk with my barefoot sneakers, I started wearing them whenever I go to the YMCA for treadmill, stair stepping and chair yoga- they are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn in my 74 years 😁
I like the first shoes that came out. The newest shoes I received do not give me the same feeling on my feet as the originals. The bottom of the shoe prevents my feet to be able to flatten out naturally as it is harder. I have very wide feet with bunions on both feet. The originals shoes cause me no pain but the new shoes bother the top of my foot. They are great shoes just not like being barefoot like my other shoes.
I used to love these shoes. I've bought in several pairs. They've allowed me to walk 20,000 steps a day without much pain in my feet. I bought a pair of their winter shoes so excited but the insoles come out when you walk. I just bought three more pair of the summer shoes and all insults come out when you walk. I'm not sure what they've changed or what they've done. I understand they're meant to come out if you would like to replace them with something else, but they shouldn't come out when you're walking and you have to take your shoe off all the time to replace them back in there. Very disappointed will not purchase these again. They do not respond in a timely manner to emails. It's been over a week since my last email and I have not heard back buyer. Beware.

I absolutely love these shoes! And my feet do too! I've recently worn them daily while on vacation, and have had no foot pain.
However, I am disappointed that after wearing the shoes for about two months, the "toe pad" on my left shoe is now coming off! I was not expecting that for the price of the shoes.
Answer: I had no trouble getting ahold of Hike's CS - but getting a straight answer was another issue all together. I went back and forth with CS in 14 emails before I finally gave up. So I guess their strategy worked. Check out the BBB website for Hike. BBB won't accredit them, and they have 106 complaints regarding returns that are unanswered. BBB rates them an F, which tells you all you might need to know.
Answer: Any Chinese website will have the same quality footwear at a fraction of the price.
