Could not bid thru app on my phone, was placinng my bids on different item,s, would not stay current. Logged in thru website and was able to bid there.

I had the winning bid. In the last minute the timer kept resetting until eventually the price almost tripled and I bowed out.

Payment information was a little confusing. It would be a easier if we had a choose of payment options and didn't have to guess. When I signed up I had to give a Visa or MC number, but in the bidding process there was a small note that said I could pay with American Express. When it came down to paying I had to call and make sure Amax was available.

Absolutely unprofessional, I would not recommend for any new comers. My husband is a digital artist new to NFTs and was trying to make a name for himself, so he sent some of his art to a curator at heritage. The person who responded offered him a spot in their October auction being held in Beverly Hills this year. So we reserved a hotel room, a rental car, and planned for the event. But the rep from Heritage never got back to my husband with any other information on how to proceed. The auction was held and still nobody ever returned our emails, even though my husband was asked to send samples of his art. We email our concerns multiple times but were only passed around to different people claiming to look into the issue. Needless to say, we lost our on the money we spent reserving the hotel room and rental car, and Heritage never even sent us an apology for their apparent mistake. Don't waste your time or effort with this unreliable company, they are condescending and unprofessional.

Daniel Reed of OFF MAIN LLC,is Honest,Accurate very Professional, and Daniel is very accessible and his Hibid website is very easy to navigate, I find that Hibid is very Legitimate and if you communicate your items will be shipped very quickly, but if you don't communicate your items won't be shipped because sometimes your items will need special shipping, call or email your Hibid associates and they will TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU.

It was a real good ran auction, some of the items did not have clear pictures and some items was not described as well as they should have been.

I bid on items from the Willow Grove PA Overstock auctions and when you scroll down there is often a need to load the next 25 items over an over until you get to the end. Then if you click into an item and then go back you are dropped at the top of the auction items and have to load the items all over again which is frustrating. All else is fine with the process.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
