I get a specified email to my email account to bid on someone's auctions they have displayed. I go in and look through the entire inventory and I finally decide I want to bid I get have to wait for auctioneer to approve. If they are going to send out emails that individual should be able to be bid on items. I would also like to know if they get reprimanded or negative action towards these auction houses

The pictures were very helpful and the descriptions were valid. Sometimes the remarks helped in a decision; such as: "item could not be verified to work" or "item turned on and appeared to work".

When it has reserve not met, you have no idea of how far away you are. If they are afraid of not getting any bids by having a minimum bid, well then, your reserve is too high. If is awfully up setting when it says your winning and the auction ends without any clue if they will accept your bid, or you just wasted your time bidding on it. Do away with reserve bidding, it would sure make your customers much happier. And I wasn't the only one picking up that felt this way either.

I ordered almost $500 worth of silver coins. I received an invoice that showed paid in full.
I have not received an email with a tracking number, the items have not been delivered. I called the number on the invoice and left a VM, but no one has called me back I also emailed and no one responded

The app (on my Samsung Galaxy S23) is the worst I have EVER used, and I have used a lot. Crashes about 40% of the times that it gets launched. Sometimes right at launch, other times just out of the blue. Forces me to log in (again) when trying to bid. Gets slower and slower the more items I look at, until it freezes. Wow.
Also, you HIDE the seller fees, so I can't keep them straight, so crooks like "Rusty by Design *******304 (TX)" who have EXORBITANT SELLER FEES AND SHIPPING RATES can take advantage of us. You also have no seller ratings, making it even easier for them to rape us. We are forced to go to reddit to read about sellers, and who is shill bidding. Your app should include rating and fee icons as part of the lot, right above the bid button - but you don't care about the buyer.
I am a software engineer and product manager - this is not rocket science. I am about to leave this platform.

I was very pleased with the bid price/purchase. I was very disappointed in the shipping process. After contacting customer service, my shipping was processed but it was very confusing. I received two invoices for shipping. One for $80+ and one for $46+ both seemed high for the one office chair I bought and I hope I paid the right one.

I bid on liquidation items on Dec 17. I have not received an invoice or request for payment. I called the number no one answers and I don't know how to arrange delivery or even have confirmation 24hours later. I got an email saying thanks for bidding and we sent the invoice which I still don't have. They did not respond to my request for delivery option either?

Kind of frustrated because it showed I won the bid at $110 which was 6 min no one else bid up but was "paused" and then they said oh there was a glitch so we reset it for another hour which ended up costing me more on the item ended up winning it at $190 which seems a little sketch. Feels like they thought the bid was too low because the item is worth over $1000

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
