Each auction company has a little different approach (like shipping), but everything is handled seamlessly from the HiBid main page. Searching and sorting capabilities are very helpful. Payments have gone smoothly. The only issue I've seen is that the site is occasionally inaccessible for brief periods. I would recommend HiBid.

Would not let me bid, only had pending come up, not sure, what happened seemed suspicious

This was a relatively easy experience. I did have some issues finding out what was on my watch list vs what I was bidding on, and what my max bid was. However, these are things that will be solved by using the platform more. I look forward to bidding again!

Bidding was easy and accurate on the billing. The connection was good. I missed a couple of pieces and could not bid on them because I couldn't watch them while I was watching others. These were pieces that were receiving many bids.
I would like a screen that allows my saved items to remain at the top or something like that so I can see all my items as they are receiving active bids.

You can bid early in the week and then when auction starts can keep bidding. You receive notices when you're outbid. We love the way the site works.

I did not receive an invoice for my winning item. I have emailed the auction house and requested an invoice for my auction winnings.

I was permanently banned from bidding on an auction because, apparently, a chargeback that occurred probably a year ago. The chargeback was due to a bad auctioneer - point, blank, period. Never received any merchandise and/or response from the auctioneer. It was a last resort. Yet, once it occurred, it magically appeared on my "hidden record" on HiBid. Regardless of 1000 auctions since that have all been paid, it still haunts me. Fun times.

Had 2-3 delays in the bidding process for some reason. Not sure if it was a Hibid issue or possibly an internet issue. Where i lost video temporarily in the bidding process.

I had the winning bid on one of your auctions and received confirmation that I won. Later in the day, I received a phone call from the auction service saying there had been a glitch so they reopened the auction and someone else was awarded the item that I had previously won.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
