After winning a bid, all the fees makes it cheaper to just go buy at a store and bypass all the junk with missing parts, the broken pieces, the stained rugs, the high buyers premium, the taxes, the credit card fees, and anything else that they can tack on after the sale. Then you have to be there on a certain day, certain time to pick up your stuff... No bargains to be found here!

Difficult to navigate

I found the website itself difficult to navigate. The Auctioneers home pages need to be clearly labeled so it is easier to decipher between the home page and the auction pages. The bids also do not update in real time.

I have bought some things from HiBid and spend some time each day looking for things to buy that interest me. I have learned not to buy things that really require looking over (record albums) unless I can get to the auction to do so. The last auction I was successful at made payment so difficult that I really wanted to cancel the whole thing. It seems like the other auctions I have been successful at made payment and shipping arrangements a very simple thing to do. This one did not and it made for a very frustrating morning. I'll keep using HiBid but I'll avoid any auction that place has.

Great way to keep all your auctions straight

I had several auctions with items I was watching. The HiBid sight will put them under a watch list and then I can follow without forgetting dates and times of the auctions ending. Easy to register and use.

The bidding process the web site is informative and functional once you can filter the information you want and avoid the items you don't want. If you bid on an item and you plan own it I suggest setting up notifications because you must be there to see your auction item expire or you will lose it.

2 of the items I bid on and won were missing several pieces. One couldn't be put together at all. It stated in the description that no pieces were missing from the boxes. Very disappointed in this experience. Have never had an issue like this before with hibid in other states. Only here in Oklahoma. Complete waste of time and money

I have been using Hibid auctions for about a year now and have been very satisfied with my results. If I had to choose one thing to change, it would be a little bit better on packing items that are shipped. I have received items in that were broken when I received them. That is a little disappointing.

I was bidding on some things and it was getting to the last part of the auction. I wanted to keep bidding but your site kept kicking me out when there was 1min 10 seconds left. You just lost some money buy kicking me off

Incorrect product information

Recently i won a bid for a vaccum cleaner, auction was held by durham auction. Listing was stated as a new product, but it was fairly used. I bid more due to listing as it was written as new. But the peoduct is fairly used. This was looks like scam.

Not honest

I have bid on numerous items. I felt company is driving up the biding. And when I went to collect my items. Person was able to find all my items accept for one(476 - SLIVERY&CHAVALIER Smart Magnetic Bike Resistance I bid $5 item and won). She stated I am unable to find this item. However they have the same item listed twice on the new current auction. I don't think she was being truthful about not finding the item. She just did not want me to have it for $5 dollars. I am not going back to that company.

SCAM Diamonds

YI want to inform you that the company Seuyco is probably fraudulent. I tried to buy a diamond from them in the 12/30/24 auction. On the 31st I got a statement and a bill from them. The site asked for my billing information and credit card number. When I submitted it the system said there was an error in the address or card number. After trying it several times I call Capitol One. The gal told me that see saw all my attempts to charge but their fraud was blocking it. She suggested I call them. I started to get very suspicious. When I when to the auction site all the diamonds had not bin sold because they did not meet the minimum bid. Mine was the only one that had sold Lot 99dl. Now I was very suspicious about Seuyco searched their 207 W Millbrook Road Raleigh address and 118-21 Queens Blvd Suite 505 Forest Hills NY and they are all VIRTUAL OFFICES. They are not real!1 This is a SCAM outfit on your trusted site. You need to turn them into the cops and dump them ASAP!
