I noticed that when I place a bid on an item that ends in seconds, the time kind of resets. For example, I placed a bid on an item that had 30 seconds left, but after I bid on the item, the time changed to 2.5 minutes left. I think that's pretty shady. It allowed more people to bid, essentially, increasing the amount of money the sellers receive. The time should not change. This has happened on multiple items I have bid on. Quite a disappointment if you asked me. It's just not honest.

My experience bidding with Ruito Trading Inc was terrible. When I arrived, despite booking an appointment, there was a long line and my order was not ready. I stood there for 10 minutes while they found my items - BOTH times. And both times, something in my order was incorrect. I took back one item that was clearly wrong and they said they would refund me when they were done because they were busy. It's been three days and they have not returned my money. I followed up via email and have been ignored. They are THIEVES

It the app turn around and locked me out twice and I had to reenter and find the auction again also there was a local auction tonight and whenever I pulled up Iowa it did not show that auction I had to go digging for it

Easy to use but there were a couple of glitches/errors when I was bidding. Just not sure how much I will be able to use it due to the high costs of premiums, fees and shipping. It adds to much to the items.

Auction went quite well it was after trying to set up appointment to pickup could not do it so have to take a chance my items will be ready for pickup when I come there to pickup You should also have a morning pickup time

There absolutely needs to be a better shipping policy set by HiBid for their sellers. I am appalled and annoyed at having to read each auctions policy. Some even use feed back as collateral against your items. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. HiBid could be way better with a partnership for shipping. Please fix this!

I can not hold a connection with my computer and have to use my phone for bidding. Talked with auction house and they said its not them that i need to talk to HiBid

It has gotten to the point that depending on the auction company where after you say spend 350.00$ by the time you get the product and pay taxes of say 9.1 % and a 85.00 shipping fee that's 169.00 over the 350$ I gave for it over 500.00 $ and worth with the damage that it has? It is getting absolutely disgusting the charges especially the shipping seems they started a business for their family? Auctions were always what it says an auction then someone decided they could get by with not only charging the seller which is the custom they said we can get money out of the buyer too! Dont know how much longer I can afford to do this that's a lot it's one of the very last things I enjoy so take that too!

Would like to be able to view the realized prices on all auctions it also helps when you are the seller and cannot keep up with the auction when soft close is so rampant
I know that HiBid has no control over the quality of the photos that Sellers post but perhaps you could show them good-excellent-poor photos and provide tips on how to take good photos. I am seeing more and more poor quality photos or those with wrong orientation

I got a beautiful small china cabinet for $7.50!
Found it easy to bid... and win lots but would be very nice to have an expert opinion on the graded of ungraded comic books and a description of what is in the lot - especially titles and issue numbers on lots of multiple items (comics)
Also, it would be nice if we could see our past purchases in a quick link in our profile.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
