I have never ran into any problems. It's fun, fast, and entertaining.
Overall the auction experience was ok. The grooming clippers was not as described/pictured in the auction...the picture was of the more expensive grooming set but I received the set without the beard trimmer and the auction depicted both grooming tools. Also, the unopened box for the headset was opened and the part that goes around the head is broke,,,snapped in two pieces...so useless. And the "open box, used Keurig" was not listed as broken or untested...used is ok, but the Keurig does NOT work. This was only my second time bidding here, the first experience was better. I never received defective or broken items on my first experience. I purchased a salvage skid as well and the items in the salvage skid were of better quality than the items I actually bid on.

I wish you would put in an area to keep all our invoices. It would be nice to be able to see them in a spot and not have to dig through our emails trying to find it.

Hibid is very inconsistent. Would be great if they could create a bidding app like all the other platforms. It's constantly crashing and glitching.

I have bought several things from high bid auction and I enjoy it, but what's frustrating is it really doesn't support all the web browsers it is very glitchy I definitely noticed it has several issues with the Safari web browser, which I usually switch to chrome for example today I was bidding on an item, but it kept on giving me an error message and the page would not load properly so I missed out on the bid also if y'all have an app, that would be amazing

It's a great system for bidding. Sometimes you win...sometimes you lose.
Beware of fine print as some auction houses state that all item sold are "as is" and you might be stuck with something that is broken...missing parts, etc.
Have used company PkgPlace for shipping from far from home Auction Houses. Great service and prices.

My most recent auction was 1/22/25. I have bid on many auction before and they're always good about information on times, and requirements on both biding and pickup or shipping options.
All companies have a good feel for describing what they are are and their condition, they also do good photos.

Platform is great. Sometimes hard to find auctions you are trying to keep an eye without registering. Also kept disconnecting during the live portion of the auction.

Also, please note that you do need to register for each auction you wish to participate in, which involves agreeing to the terms and conditions of the auction. You don't need to create a new HiBid bidder account—just register for the individual auction.

The system works but it would be a lot better if Hi Bid would not interfere with the action with the advertising asking you to sign up now for notifications.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
