Love auctions like that the different auction houses have different items. The only thing don't like is all the different auction fees. Wish was standard auction fee. Also don't like shipping fee above shipping charges. I would buy more but have to also figure all fees into price.

I like HI Bid over all. The buyers premium to me is a bit odd, it's all done on a computer, so an 18% adder to me is a bit much. Sometimes the UPS stores that an auction house will use do not seem to be in any hurry to get the items shipped out. I am not in a hurry to get my items, but 10-14 days seems a bit too long to me.

Easy to bid on items using this site. The only issue I have is when I click on an item then return to the listings, it takes me all the way to the beginning instead of to the item I was looking at.

There is a wide variety of items to bid on and it's easy to bid. There is usually an auction within driving distance most weeks. Always interesting. Sometimes early bids hold all week and buy the item. Sometimes bid change rapidly in the last few minutes. Never the same.

Fees have doubled twice, and this company gets worse and worse. It took two years for them to correct issues related to mobile optimization. They do not ask auctioneers for feedback and then make random changes. So much fraud from Hibid clients that we don't even want our sales posted. They had a ransomware attack that shut our business down for two weeks. Try to get a response for them when there is a problem– they move slow as snails. We could save tens of thousands a year with another provider and will be leaving soon.
Better than eBay and gives me the opportunity to be at several auctions at once!
