I suggest you don't bid on anything that doesn't have an actual picture. If only stock photos are being used, the auction house is hiding that there are issues with the units. I will be contacting customer service. This is a statement meant to be directed at the auction houses themselves and not the platform.

I love the HiBid site for finding and bidding on local auctions. My rating would have been a 5 star but for 2 small issues. 1. Sometimes when you click an item and then close it, the webpage takes you back to the top and you have to scroll down again. More of an annoyance than anything, and it only happens sometimes. 2. Sometimes the images don't match the descriptions, so you have to keep an eye to make sure what you are bidding on. Again, only happens occasionally - overall - awesome experience with the site.

I LOVE Hibid auction site! It is so easy to use. I search available auctions in my area or online auctions only and watch anything that interests me. Then I place my max bid and forget about it. If I win I get notification and its a surprise like Christmas!

It is very tedious trying to review new auctions. Each page has 25 auctions. Just say you have finished going through all the items in the 23 listed. You then have to go back to the list page and then back to the beginning auction and tab all the way back to get to the 24th auction. This is very tedious. I have brought this to the attention of Hi-bid several times and nothing is done to correct it.
I enjoy HiBid, because it is easy to navigate, easy to register, simple to bid. I am hit and miss on the magnifying glass. It can be useful at times, but a pain sometimes. It also easy to contact the auctioneers when needed.
